“Not our favorite. The hallways smelled of sewage and the rooms smelled of old smoke. The beds were uncomfortable. The room was old and outdated, didn’t seem to match the photos. There was even a booger left on the photo in the room 🥴 Elevators were broken. Stairs smelled like urine. Overall staff was friendly, lobby seems like a good spot to hangout, pool area looked nice though we didn’t use it. Very close to shopping and food, though the surrounding area seemed a little sketchy. Parking was OK though and our car was safe. Just overall a little disappointing for the price we paid.”

“This is an excellent hotel to stay in. I've stayed here three times, most recently in October 2022. It is clean, affordable, and the staff is excellent. I had a problem with my booking and the staff personally handled everything in minutes. It is in a decent location for Central Phoenix with lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. There is a lovely pool, gym facilities, and a decent restaurant. I highly recommend a stay here!”
