“Final review: First week was okay and customer service including security guards excellent. On the second week, they shifted security guys and they were so rude.
The bad:
1- Wifi unstable.
2- No parking inside and transportation inside the hotel sucks. Trust me! If you have a toddler or if you are handicapped go to a smaller hotel or be ready to walk more than 2 miles per day because they don’t have enough transportation and they stop transferring people inside the hotel after 11pm.
3- Mini fridge doesn’t keep things cool.
4- I have 2 bulbs that never worked. Even after they came to fix them.
The good:
The best things here are food, restaurants, all the people working at the restaurants, and some educated security guys we met.
The only reason I would comeback is to visit the restaurants, not to stay.”

“My husband and I loved our experience here! We were worried that too many kids at the resort would take away from the experience, but that wasn't the case. The food is really good, the staff is so great, the activities and entertainment were a ton of fun. The rooms were a little dated and you could hear your neighbours but for the price that you pay, they aren't bad at all! Great bathroom with a nice shower. We would definitely go back with more friends or family next time!”
