“Me and my girlfriend stayed at this amazing resort back in September. The staff was so friendly, the facility is huge and amazing in every single part of it. I’m not gonna lie, before we left I was a little worried after reading some reviews, so I was on the look out that sooner or later something was gonna go wrong. The resort and our stayed was way better than my expectations! We really loved it! The beach was amazing. We loved the Mexican restaurant and the buffet - you could literally find anything at the buffet -. Personally, if I go back to Mexico I will try to go back at the Riviera Princess.”

“A tough one here. Initially we were told we needed to pay for the room after we paid online about 6 months ahead. Obviously something slipped through the cracks there. We were supposed to get a package that would give us fruit and champagne in our room, it wasn't there. The buffet was average at best. Also, a dinner that also was included in our package took some effort to schedule because, again they had no record of it. The staff on the other hand were very kind and helpful. It felt like there was a management overhaul and many things fell through the cracks. The resort is beautiful. The wildlife was also pretty cool to see mingling among the guests. I hope management gets things together and hopefully hires more staff also. This could have been a very good experience but it was sub par.”
