Reservei a suite Júnior com vista para o mar, 4 diárias. Nosso voo sofreu alteração e ao invés de chegarmos de manhã, chegamos no final da tarde. Como o Check in é as 4 hrs da tarde, quando chegamos tínhamos perdido a 1ª diária, mas nem discutimos, só queríamos o quarto que estava reservado é totalmente pago. Para decepção, não havia mais o quarto com vista para o oceano com cama King. Nos deram um quarto grande com vista para a piscina e 2 camas solteiro. Pelo preço do quarto com vista para o mar que pagamos. Sem café da manhã. E a recepcionista muito simpática achando que estava dando um upgrade pra gente. Vontade de ir embora daqui, que decepção, que roubo! Tábua de passar quebrada, porta do banheiro barulhenta...

The common theme among recent reviews regarding long check in times is accurate. Upon arrival, the front desk indicated that the system was down and it would be 30-60 minutes until they would call us to give us our room key. We waited an hour and a half before they finally called. We spent the time waiting on a shady patio looking out over the ocean - not the worst place to be! We elected to use our suite night award at this hotel and the upgrade was great! We also chose the free breakfast vouchers at check-in. These are $24 per person and covers most of the breakfast dishes at the loft restaurant on-site. The adults only pool is quiet and was the ideal place for us to relax. Drinks and food at the hotel are very expensive - we recommend checking out the restaurants off-site as there are many options and prices are more reasonable. We had a mini fridge in our room and also went to Walgreens for beer and drinks for the room rather than pay the high prices at the hotel (these cannot be consumed in areas served by the hotel bars). This hotel is modern, amenities are top notch, and the location can’t be beat.

Great 5 days family trip! Clean rooms. Great service. Nice beach and pools. Only room for opportunity that the hotel has is that the food by the pool is overpriced.

This hotel has a lot of potential. It could be great, but it's old and tired and needs some love. Could also use some redesign to make better use of it's way too many special events and conference spaces (including Perla). Seems like they could be used more efficiently for everyday features to benefit guests. Still it's a great choice for staying in Condado, and a very good value.

I stayed last month, despite the bad reviews and I loved the resort! I would def go back. Great location, direct access to the beach, the pools were nice with a bar/grill that had some decent food. Our ubers were cheap to every place we went. The energy in the lobby is great at night by the bar. Our room was nice and clean, just make sure you book the correct room if you're looking for a certain view or 'balcony'. They are strict regarding COVID in PR, esp if you're not vaccinated. A negative test is considered valid for 72 hours, to enter most places, so it may be helpful to get another test while there

Room was not ready upon check in. Once we were finally allowed to check in after waiting in line multiple times we were told our room that we had booked was not available and had to be put into a completely different (lesser value) room. We then were forced to spend the night in a room that smelt like the sewer for the night since they hotel claimed they were fully booked.Poor customer service, rooms were not clean, closet doors were broken, phone did not work in either room we were provided.Customer service refuses to compensate us for not giving us our room we had booked nor for the terrible aroma in the room throughout the entire night.I would not recommend staying here unless you want to be dealing with having to wait in line to speak with the front desk multiple times over.

We ended up staying here for the last night of our vacation after issues at the AC Marriott, and wished we had spent more time.The difference was shocking - EVERY staff member at La Concha had a great attitude, went out of their way to find ways to help, and the grounds were immaculate.I can only imagine the difference is great management, and support for their staff.The bartender at the adults only infinity pool for instance, when my wife held onto her (mostly) empty drink glass to eat the cherry, showed up a few minutes later with a cup full of cherries resulting in a good laugh. The guards at the exit to the beach noticed we had not picked up towels from inside, and without asking went back and grabbed us two.The property itself is fantastic, there were four pool areas, including 2 by the beach. Tons of chairs/loungers, and never a problem finding either sun or shade.Our room had incredible ocean views (724), and was perfectly clean. The hotel took COVID precautions seriously, and issued armbands based on vaccine status.Required to show card or armband to enter hotel.

Great views, great ambience, service sucks. Some of our party had to walk up and down 10 flights of stairs at least once every day. One had a medical emergency on the 10th floor with no way to get help. Requests for blankets, towels, etc went unanswered. The only service is from room service for their $30 bagel. Do not recommend. Costs way too much and offers only a great location.considering we couldn't swim. Won't be back.

Pague un poco más de 4000 mil dólares por una habitación con vista al mar y desayuno incluido,amigos ese hotel es un robo la atención pésima y el desayuno solo a consumir no más de 24 dólares no se los aconsejo,y si eres latino,esas personas son bien racistas

Hotel super lindo y limpio. Cuarto gigante convista al mar! La gente muy servicial y amable. Las piscinas son un poco pequeña pero hay 3 piscinas para disfrutar de ella! El casino desinfectan antes de jugar las cartas y maquinas. Volveria otra vez sin pensarlo.

Estuve aquí antes y regresé ahora después de casi un ano y medio y mi experiencia fue totalmente diferente. El hotel sigue siendo hermoso y la ubicación es muy buena. El hotel está siempre lleno fill booked y falta más personal, uno llama a room service y nunca contestan. El condado en San Juan solía ser un area exclusiva con mucho que hacer y excelentes lugares para disfrutar, comer y pasarla bien. Ahora se ha convertido en un lugar sobrepoblado de turistas con poca cultura que dejan basura, gritan, pelean, fumanpor todos lados..no se si volveré aquí o mejor explorare nuevas opciones en ciudad vieja.

We just arrived from Airport. We are hungry and been waiting for 1 hour a room service to come with whatever. 53$. Still not here. Calling reception takes forever someone to answer. Strong weed odor in the hotel, out by the pool, in the room through AC ? ?? Not sure where it comes from. Everything closes 9 p.m. curfew. Restaurants, bars, everything. Will keep you posted for the next days

We really enjoyed our stay! After reading the mixed reviews I was hesitant to stay here, but it was great. The hotel was clean, staff were very nice, the food was great and it was kid friendly. The pools and beach were not packed, so it was easy to get chairs. The service at the pool was great once you flagged a server down. The hotel is also within walking distance to many restaurants.

I absolutely LOVE this hotel. The room decor is literally pure white, leaving a sense of cleanliness and sterilization. Our ocean view was absolutely breathtaking, room service is quick, and staff is friendly. The ONLY con, in my opinion, is the vibe is very trendy/reminds me of Vegas, but totally worth it! Don't bother parking yourself, just use the valet ($25 per night) the parking structure is small & packed. We've stayed in 3 hotels in San Juan, and this is by far my highest recommendation!
