“A acomodação foi decepcionante ao nível usual. Havia manchas no chão.O quarto familiar tinha uma cama infantil sem roupa de cama e ele mesmo tinha que colocar as capas de edredom e as fronhas no armário sobre as colchas. Uma fronha estava faltando. Em roupas de dormir, não me ocorreu perguntar se isso era uma prática normal ou esquecimento.O copo do cachorro estava sujo e uma protuberância marrom subiu do fundo do copo quando ele colocou água no cachorro.O café da manhã estava ok depois de tudo.”
