“Part 2 of my review Days 4-6.Finished as strong as it started. Yes its not the newest hotel in Cancun but these are the hardest working people in Cancun — housekeeping, pool bartenders, pool staff & waiters constantly serving us & asking if we need anything.Very friendly.They never asked but we tipped constantly because they work so hard to please.Very focused on cleaning surfaces & giving sanitizer.Room service fantastic. Best restaurant was the Mexican w mariachi bands.Book all your restaurants when you arrive.Wonderful spa on site too, little pricey but no complaints.Beautiful beach & water.Sandy soft bottom & attentive lifeguard.LOVE this hotel!!!!”
