An exceptional hotel, one of the best Hilton in the UK. Very high standards, a luxury hotel in the heart of Liverpool, opposite the Albert Dock development. The interior style needs to be seen and enjoyed. Mood lighting, funky wall paper and lighting. The staff are smiley, happy to help and chatty. On both occasions that I stayed I have been impressed with the high standards in the restaurant. Well worth a visit for a drink if not overnighting. Um hotel excepcional, um dos melhores Hilton no Reino Unido. Muito alto padrão, um hotel de luxo no coração de Liverpool, em frente ao desenvolvimento Albert Dock. O estilo interior precisa ser visto e apreciado. Iluminação ambiente, papel de parede funky e iluminação. A equipe é sorridente, feliz em ajudar e tagarela. Em ambas as ocasiões em que fiquei fiquei impressionado com os altos padrões do restaurante. Vale a pena uma visita para uma bebida se não pernoitar.

Been here for a conference. Beautiful lobby with a coffee cocktail bar. I had the latte which is like a latte machiato tasted amazing. Tried the food catered at the conference and it is delicious and nicely served. I have not tried rooms, but the hotel in general is so presentable with modern interior, very clean toilets with sustainable taps and lights. The halls( Grace andAlbert) where the conference took place had comfortable seating and were tidy and clean, with big screen and good sound syatem allowing the event to flow smoothly. I still must try the rooms on my nezt visit and maybe update this review. Location wize, it is perfectly close to many attraction just in front of Albert doke and behind it is One Liverpool shopping centre Estive aqui para uma conferência. Belo lobby com um bar de coquetéis de café. Eu tinha o latte que é como um latte machiato incrível. Experimentei a comida servida na conferência e é deliciosa e bem servida. Não experimentei quartos, mas o hotel em geral é tão apresentável com interior moderno, banheiros muito limpos com torneiras e luzes sustentáveis. Os salões (Grace e Albert) onde ocorreu a conferência tinham assentos confortáveis e estavam arrumados e limpos, com telão e bom sistema de som permitindo que o evento fluísse sem problemas. Ainda devo experimentar os quartos na minha visita nezt e talvez atualizar esta revisão. Localização wize, é perfeitamente perto de muitas atrações em frente ao Albert doke e atrás dele está o shopping center One Liverpool

Hermoso vestíbulo con un bar de cócteles de café. Tuve el café con leche, que es como un café con leche maciato, sabía increíble. Probé la comida que se sirvió en la conferencia y es deliciosa y bien servida. No he probado las habitaciones, pero el hotel en general es muy presentable con un interior moderno, baños muy limpios con grifos y luces sostenibles. Los salones (Grace y Albert) donde se llevó a cabo la conferencia tenían asientos cómodos y estaban limpios y ordenados, con una pantalla grande y un buen sistema de sonido que permitió que el evento fluyera sin problemas. Todavía debo probar las habitaciones en mi visita nezt y tal vez actualizar esta revisión. Tamaño de la ubicación, está perfectamente cerca de muchas atracciones justo en frente de Albert Doke y detrás está el centro comercial One Liverpool.

My cousin and I had afternoon tea here. The food was fresh and of a high quality. The staff were polite and efficient. We were there for a few hours and even though they needed to get the restaurant ready for their evening guests they didn't rush us. They discreetly prepared the tables around us which I thought was great customer service. I would highly recommend this hotel because if the rooms are anything like the restaurant your stay will be outstanding. I haven't gave the rooms a star rating as I've not had the pleasure of staying in them. Meu primo e eu tomamos chá da tarde aqui. A comida era fresca e de alta qualidade. Os funcionários foram educados e eficientes. Ficamos lá por algumas horas e, embora eles precisassem preparar o restaurante para seus convidados noturnos, eles não nos apressaram. Eles discretamente prepararam as mesas ao nosso redor, o que achei um ótimo atendimento ao cliente. Eu altamente recomendaria este hotel porque se os quartos são qualquer coisa como o restaurante sua estadia será excelente. Eu não dei aos quartos uma classificação por estrelas, pois não tive o prazer de ficar neles.

El personal fue educado y eficiente. Estuvimos allí por unas horas y, aunque necesitaban preparar el restaurante para sus invitados nocturnos, no nos apresuraron. Discretamente prepararon las mesas a nuestro alrededor, lo que me pareció un excelente servicio al cliente. Recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel porque si las habitaciones son como el restaurante, su estancia será excepcional. No le he dado a las habitaciones una calificación de estrellas porque no he tenido el placer de hospedarme en ellas.

An excellent experience from beginning to end. Your every need catered for. Coffee machine in the executive lounge wasn't working but staff got you a coffee whenever you required it. All staff members friendly and appeared to be happy in their various positions.

Just returned from a 4 day stay here. 1 star is for the great location/view from our room and 1 star for a specific staff member (Joanne), very friendly and accommodating. Other than those, not many other positives about this Hotel. We stayed in a Executive Guest room as my Husband is a Diamond Member..I was expecting a lot better for the money paid! The check in staff at reception were bog standard, both women stood talking to each other whilst we waited with our cases. The check in felt very rushed and I had to go back down twice to enquire about Wifi password/breakfast times etc. The room was poor for the price. Very old fashioned and nothing extra for being an “Executive Room”. Mattress had staining and the room felt tired. We had to ask reception to get the cleaner as they missed our room on the second day. The breakfast was nice, we felt it had a good selection and the Chef was friendly. The only other attraction was the stunning staircase as you walk into the Hotel, it makes a statement piece with the lights! I felt the I had the biggest smile on my face when we checked out and were going home. The Premier Inn around the corner offers everything this place does for a fraction of the price! I know where I will be going if I ever return to Liverpool.

My daughter spent the night before her wedding in the presidential suite with her bridesmaids and my husband and I stayed a few doors along. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were impeccable and anything we asked for was brought to the room. Staff were friendly and attentive. When my daughter and her new husband returned in the evening, the bedroom was tidied up and looked beautiful with rose petals. Breakfast was the best we’ve had ( and we’ve stayed in SO many hotels. Definitely return, with the greatest of pleasure. Xx Minha filha passou a noite antes de seu casamento na suíte presidencial com suas damas de honra e meu marido e eu ficamos algumas portas ao lado. Nada era demais. Os quartos eram impecáveis e tudo o que pedíamos era levado para o quarto. Os funcionários foram simpáticos e atenciosos. Quando minha filha e seu novo marido voltaram à noite, o quarto estava arrumado e lindo com pétalas de rosa. O café da manhã foi o melhor que já tomamos (e já ficamos em MUITOS hotéis. Com certeza voltaremos, com o maior prazer. Xx

We were hosted by British Indian Origin here! The food was so delicious,I regain my India food flavor after 6 years! The service was good, drinks and the Indian dancing was superb. The management of this facility gave us a warm reception and it was so lovely. They were so handy at our request, at here we never fall short of anything we could request. I would recommend for anyone to come at this hotel. Fomos hospedados pela British Indian Origin aqui! A comida estava tão deliciosa que recuperei meu sabor de comida indiana depois de 6 anos! O serviço foi bom, bebidas e a dança indiana foi excelente. A gestão desta instalação nos deu uma recepção calorosa e foi tão adorável. Eles foram tão úteis a nosso pedido, aqui nunca ficamos aquém de qualquer coisa que possamos solicitar. Eu recomendaria para quem vem neste hotel.

Nada era demasiado problema. Las habitaciones estaban impecables y todo lo que pedimos nos lo trajeron a la habitación. El personal era amable y atento. Cuando mi hija y su nuevo esposo regresaron por la noche, la habitación estaba ordenada y se veía hermosa con pétalos de rosa. El desayuno fue el mejor que hemos tenido (y nos hemos alojado en TANTOS hoteles. Definitivamente regresaré, con el mayor de los placeres. Xx
