“This hotel is beautiful and you always have something fun to do. The animation team was a lot of fun, I especially loved the beach night party. Joaquin, Manolo and Hugo at the lobby bar were exceptional. Joaquin became the best part of our experience because he is very kind and always knew just what we needed. Great people! They are what makes this hotel even better than what it already is.”

“This is my third stay at this hotel and this by far is the worst experience I've had. During our 5days stay we had to change room four times. On arrival day we changed room first because of cleanliness, then the power went out in the second room. On the third night our room got flooded even tho we were on the top floor. Water was running down the closet doors and from the ceiling. We had to be moved to another room after having to visit the front desk twice. We were offered a 25min massage for all this inconvenience but, a sincere apology would have been much better.”
