“I only give 5 🌟 for excellence and this is one of them in my opinion. Super professional staff, lot of perks (Spa, gym, pool with a bar, pool for kids, beautiful beach just off your room with amazing waves). The food is very good and the dinner offers a relative cheap (400 baht) all you can eat buffet (closes at 10pm). Not to mention the incredible breakfast of course.
If you can, I highly suggest you to book the "villas" with ocean view... 😍”

“The friendly, welcoming staff made me feel very comfortable. The relaxing massage room with its soft lighting and tranquil music, along with the highly trained therapists, made for a luxurious Spa experience....not forgetting the hot tea served at the end of the treatment. My therapist was very experienced and attentive to my needs, pinpointing tense areas in my back and providing just the right amount of pressure where needed. I left feeling pampered and rejuvenated after receiving a first-class Thai massage and body scrub. Would definitely recommend Novotel for the perfect Spa experience and the best massage ever!!”
