“Rooms are quite and spacious with high ceilings. However rooms definitely need renovation. Spider webs are at the corners of walls and ceilings in our room but in general room was clean. Corridors need a fresh paint and new carpet. There were patches of bleach on the corridor carpets. The lift we used had greasy finger prints on its ceiling and dirty floor and no one cleaned that up during our 3 nights stay. Staff were nice and helpful but some basic training and manners were missed. Like not drying up your wet hands with your shirt! Not smoking in lobby when no one is around, the smell remains! Cleaning up of outside of the hotel is as important as cleaning up the inside! Although the Hotel is in walking distance from station I recommend everyone to take taxi from station specially during night!”
