“When we opened the door to our suite and turned on the lights, the roaches scattered. And not just one or two. The ice maker in the freezer didn't work. The bathroom was filthy. Hair everywhere. Even stuck on the walls and ceiling. The tub wouldn't drain. The air conditioner leaked onto the floor and the carpet was completely soaked. A week after checking out, the hotel charged my credit card a $137. I called to hotel to dispute the charge. I was told, "it was charged by accident." Then a week later, the hotel charged my card another $137. Save your money and frustration and stay somewhere else.”
