“We thought all staff members (including housekeeping) were exceptional…attentive, accommodating, and very friendly. They even gave my son a wonderful welcome gift as he is starting at Georgetown this week. Our only suggestion would be to add a coffee station accessible throughout the entire day in the lobby. Our suite was beautiful. My kids loved the Presidential cookies and First Lady drinks each day. We had a fantastic stay. I highly recommend!”

“I've stayed here twice, only for a day or two each time. The lobby is beautiful and it's a cool location. Ritz is a strong brand, but since Covid it seems to have lost a little value. The club lounge has been closed for some time and the rooms could use an update. There are plenty of high-end hotel options around DC so for the price you pay here, you could also explore the St Regis or Four Seasons. Still a nice destination and good central location.”
