“I normally stay at the Excalibur because the price is more affordable especially being on the strip. I never been to Vegas by myself, but I wanted to bring in the New Year there. My first night, I stayed in my room and close to 1am, someone attempted to enter my room. Thank goodness i had the chain on the door. When I looked at the door to see if someone actually did try to come in, the door slowly closed and I checked the peep hole and they already left. I called the front desk and was waiting to be connected for a long while. They finally answered and they cleared all my keys and gave me a new set. This was the first time anything like this happened and I felt unsafe and scared, because what if I didn't have that chain on the door. It would've been nice if I could've moved rooms or been accommodated, but they said I would be fine and sent security up to check the floor. I have never been more terrified. The second night, nothing happened and I left in the morning the day after. Maybe this is a norm in Vegas, but the hotel could've done more to protect mine and anyone else's safety. Even if the price was good, I don't think I'll be staying at the Excalibur anymore.”

“Hacer check in en fila es tardado. La habitación es amplia y limpia. La limpieza y cambio de sábanas sólo la hicieton el primer día de nuestra estancia, el resto de la semana no pasaron ni por la basura, así es que la dejamos en el pasillo. No hay minifrigo, ni microondas ni cafetera. Cerca del bloque de elevadores hay máquina expendedora de sodas a 3 dlls. La máquina de hielo siempre funciona y el área está limpia. La vista al strip desde el Resort Tower es fabulosa, ves al fondo el arco del Belaggio, las montañas, claro, y en primer plano el NewYork y el MGM. Se supone que solo tienes acceso a la torre de los hoteles si tienes tu tarjeta, pero en una ocasión vi un homeless en nuestro piso (19). Todo está vigilado en la planta baja pero al subir al elevador ya no ves ningún guardia de seguridad. La comida cara y no muy buena, es mejor ir al buffet. Hay una torre para estacionamiento, recomiendo pagar los 18 dlls por día y que se incluya en tu tarjeta de hotel el parking, así puedes entrar y salir de todos los estacionamientos de la cadena MGM resorts.”

Really nice experience, right from our 1am check in time. Rooms were a little bit dated but the beds were comfy and the pillows were great. Glad we got a room facing the castle, was a cool view. It was nice being a little bit further away from the more hectic, glamorous part of the strip, but it's very walkable to get there. The casino had a nice layout and was never too crowded. All in all we'd stay here again, it was a positive experience.

Great rate on room. Lucked into getting a strip view room which was awesome. Room was clean and spacious however the furniture could definitely use a refresh. Looked a little worn Didn't need to have assistance from hotel staff but our experience with the MGM rewards staff was excellent. Ate at the buffet which was good food, lots of selection. Casino was nice even though we lost and I really wish smoking wasn't allowed but that's fine and a matter of personal choice

We stayed in the resort tower/ well spring room, we had friends in the royal tower/ regular room, the room we had was the envy of the group. The room was clean, we had a great view, and the bedding was beyond comfortable. The casino and food court were clean. However, the hallways to the hotel rooms seem to never get vacuumed or picked up. The rooms are pretty well insulated, we didn't hear our neighbors at all, but we did hear some hallway noise. The food options were plenty and good. We received free drinks while playing. The staff I interacted with were friendly, pretty knowledge, and pleasant. The down side, the time share people. They are at every entrance (in most every MGM or partner casino to be fair) and they will ask and ask and ask and ask and ask and ask... Every. Single. Time. They see you. We reserved a King room with early check in, but they didn't have a king available. We settled for the double queen room, mostly for the view, but it would have been nice to get what I reserved and paid for. There was no apology made for that inconvenience, at all. The hotel has very clear signs that make getting around very easy inside and outside.

It’s exactly how I imagined - older resort but still acceptable quality. Service was very great - no complaints there. Great location right on the strip for cheaper price than the other resorts. The swimming pool was nicely heated and hot tub was so amazingly warm. We also tried the buffet and it was okay, nothing special, but still good. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious.

For the price it makes for a great deal! I will have to say that the room portion and bathrooms are a little dated. It's a shame that they aren't putting a little money back into the facility. We enjoyed that they had a great selection for food and drink options. Prices do range depending on where your eating/drinking. Be prepared for some larger bills then "normal". The gambling was pretty decent, they have just about everything that you need. Easy to get around on the strip from this location. The staff are pretty good, very helpful and friendly. Overall I think for the price I would definitely recommend this location.

Esta super comodo y tiene todos los servicios necesarios para no tener que salir mucho hay comida a muy buen precio desde 8 usd a 30 usd, solo aguas con el "Feed" de llegada fueron 249 dólares al check-in aunque a la semana siguiente devolvieron al rededor de 120, quiza el área de casino tienen un aroma a cigarro con aromatizante no desagradable pero algo fuerte. Todos los empleados muy muy amables te sonríen y te ayudan aunque creo que no me toco ninguno que hablara español aunque si los hay.

First of the staff was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Everyone said hi or smiled when near. The room is clean although some scuffs on the walls. Linens smelled clean, bathroom was clean. They do charge a resort fee, but when booking with mgm it's all totaled up together, it's not hidden or added later. The room prices are lower so I feel it makes up for the resort fees. The pool area is gorgeous and ample. The views are awesome. There a lot to do in the resort, it is also kid friendly. The food and drink options are reasonable. You can walk to most anything to pass the time away. I was worried due to the reviews, but I am pleasantly surprised and pleased with the whole place.

Had a nice two night stay.The room was more than I expected from some of the previous reviews.Very adequate for the prices available mid week for a Strip property. Staff was friendly and helpful both in the hotel and gaming operations.Would stay here again.I had a Resort Tower King. No refrigerator or coffee machines here but small refrigerator is available for $.Stainless steel trash can (2 in room) with a clean liner handles a six-pack of bottles and ice with no problem if wrapped with spare towels.Ice located near the elevators.Used the room for resting — was out and about 16hrs a day or more.Bed was comfortable, shower had nice pressure, and the water temperature was great.Didn’t use the pool or spa facilities.Food court offerings are mixed and located in two areas.One near the self park exit - the other on the way to the Luxor connector hall and moving sidewalk.

Habitación no tan amplia, pero la limpieza aceptable exceptuando la del baño que posiblemente pudiera mejorarse. Closet con ganchos, servicio de caja fuerte, la maquina de hielos de nuestro piso no funcionba así que tenía que bajar 2 pisos para ir por hielo o de plano en cuanto regresaba de la calle procuraba tener una botella y llenarla en planta baja, como todos los hoteles de LV tienes que caminar muchísimo para llegar a cualquier lugar pero es agradable hasta cierto punto, para mi gusto, hace falta un poco de profundidad en la piscina que está en la entrada, la que está profunda estaba cerrada. me agradó que tengan un espacio único para los niños. Estás un “poco” más cerca del famoso letrero.

Hotel is VERY outdated. Smells of smoke everywhere. The pool area is nice with lots of space for people to sit and lounge. Location was great. Right on the strip. Staff was pretty decent and helpful. The arcade was lots of fun. We enjoyed the 4D movie. I found a decent deal on Groupon but honestly wouldn't go back.

A pesar de que el precio es bajo, el hotel es muy viejo, huele a cigarro alejado, muebles de la habitación viejos y llenos de polvo,cortinas sucias y fuera de su riel, baño limpio pero olia muchísimo a cigarro. En el pasillo del piso 11 del resort tower había una vomitada fuera de un cuarto que nunca limpiaron y estuve 4 días.Buena ubicación, económico y accesible.

El hotel está bien situado al principio de la calle principal, así que puedes recorrer todos los hoteles de un lado subiendo y del otro lado bajando. La habitación no tenía ni nevera, ni microondas ni termo para hacer té ni muestras de té ni de café. Las camas muy cómodas pero el hotel de lo más básico para el precio que tiene. No volvería.

Muy buena opción para hospedarse en Las Vegas. Como casi cualquier hotel, cuenta con sus restaurantes y casino, las habitaciones están en buenas condiciones y tienen lo básico necesario para una buena estancia.La alberca está muy bien y su servicio de bebidas está muy bien variado.

El hotel tiene un diseño hermoso ambientado en la época medieval.La ubicación es perfecta justo para comenzar el recorrido de todo el atractivo de las vegas. La conexión entre puentes de los hoteles te permite salir y regresar con facilidadEl servicio siempre fue excelente y no hubo ningún problema durante mi estancia.El casino está muy amplio y puedes pasar horas jugando y tomando alguna bebida o comiendo en sus distintos restaurantes.Solo le pondría dos peros a mi visitaEl primero es mi habitación tenía olor a cigarro quizá por los huéspedes anteriores aunque está prohibido fumar dentro de las habitaciones, fuera de eso no tuve mayor inconveniente.El segundo es que solo estaba abierta una alberca y fue un poco incómodo pues era muy bajita y había mucha gente.Un tip de viajero que te puedo dar es que si viajas en verano te lleves una mochila hielera por qué las máquinas dispensadoras de hielo que tienen en medio de los pasillos te van a salvar la vida.En general mi experiencia en el hotel fue muy buena.

Extremely friendly staff! But the hotel rooms definitely leave a lot to be wanted. Not very clean, smells bad, sink was clogged, blow dryer didn’t work. If you aren’t too picky about cleanliness it’s not that bad. I just didn’t feel comfortable staying here but the staff were very nice to allow an early check out with any cancellation fees!

Also, the location is amazing! We were able to walk to everywhere we needed to go.Rooms didn’t smell like smoke but they also weren’t the cleanest. But if you just need a room to sleep and shower, this place is perfect!If you get asked to do the timeshare by someone working at the hotel, I’d avoid it. Super desilusionada. Muchísimos años de ir a este Hotel dos a tres veces por año. La última vez antes de la Pandemia y los cuartos renovados están hermosos. Esta vez hicimos el check in antes, y obvio q cobran máspero es entendible, a pesar q había solicitado en mi reserva una habitación para handicap no había donde había reservado, pero me ofrecieron otra en el Resort Tower. La peor de las habitacionesy a pesar de solicitar handicap, no era. La habitación estaba super lejos del ascensor, el baño horrible. Fue un caos. Definitivamente será la última vez q estemos en este hotel. NO LO RECOMIENDO.

Las habitaciones están bonitas PERO la higiene deja mucho de que hablar , la habitación estaba sucia y cuando digo sucia es sucia !! Tuvimos que pedir q por favor la limpiaran, y claro la limpiaronse ve que la persona que hace la limpieza es muy sucia no quita polvo, no aspiro no trapeo y había mucho cabello por todos lados Cuando dimos la queja respondieron rápido y eso si fueron amables y nos compensaron con unos cupones para el bufet de hotel Daría 5 estrellas pero si necesitan checar la limpieza de las habitaciones Lo siento 😞 😐

I've stayed in the Excalibur in the past and highly recommend it based on overall vibe and it's location towards the south end of the strip. In the past, I would have given five stars, however I will still give four stars due to the changes made to the pool area. Not sure if it happened because of the pandemic, but the adult pool is no longer an option, and you have to pay a significant amount of money just to rent out lounge chairs and umbrella. Due to this, I may explore staying elsewhere next time. However, if cost is not an issue, this is a good location.

Está bien aunque las habitaciones se ven viejas. Muy pocos restaurantes fuera de hamburguesas y pizzas. El personal de recepción no es en general amable,uy diferente al tipo de servicio al que, estamos, acostumbrados en centros turísticos en México donde el huésped es lo más importante y siempre buscan apoyarte. El show de el torneo de Reyes me gustó, muy interactivo pero la cena muy mala. El pollo no tenía sabor.

El hotel está razonable precio estadía la verdad es viejo y descuidado es uno de los más lejos de la streetlas habitaciones son pequeñas y sin vista El casino huele a cigarro y mariguana por todas partes, el estacionamiento 15 dólares por día aun seas huésped lo que es un poco injusto tiene muchos lugares para comer dentro del hotel los elevadores son rápidos. Si no quieres gastar mucho puede ser una buena opción considerando un 6 de 10 de calificación

Un buen hotel, económico, lo malo es que te cobran extra por todo,el estacionamiento es caro, 15 dolares por día, si te pasas por media hora de las 24 horas te cobran un día entero extra. Si necesitas más amenidades te cobran extra, hay que dejar un deposito de 100 dls. El hotel es un poco viejo pero lo mantienen en buen estado, tiene un tren entre el mandalay, el lixor y el excalibur. Volvería a quedarme aquíaunque es un hotel chico sin mucho qué ofrecer en comparación con los demas

The ice machine was right down the hall and there were two sinks in the bathroom! One sink was designated as a cooler and the other for washing up! A microwave would have been nice but with the convenience of the restaurants all around, I get why there isn't one in the rooms!The staff were all friendly and the main casino floor was clean and welcoming! Can't wait to plan our next trip back!

The hotel was nice. The rooms were very clean. Kudos to housekeeping. The waitress was mean to everyone when I wanted a drink for gambling. Very cheap liquor in the free drinks. Nice restaurants. Do t sign up for timeshare for the Wyndham resorts. They will file for credit cards in your name if u don't buy. This is very illegal. The free gifts are not worth it.

El hotel se nota que era de mejor categoría, los guías nos contaron que la empresa MGM compró este y otros hoteles para bajarlo de categoría y se nota mucho. Le falta mantenimiento. Así y todo cumple, la limpieza y el servicio es bueno, estuvo bien para mi.

Great hotel. It was clean and smelled nice. The room service was amazing! We came back to a made up bed with plentiful towels each day. The check in and out process was very easy. I liked that security stood at the hotel entrance of the casino to make sure that anyone without a key couldn't get to the elevators. The only thing that I would say that could be improved is having the workers know about the Tesla charging station because when asked they said no but there in fact was one. Also, to let future guest know that there is a $15 per night parking charge. Other than those two things, I loved it and would recommend it to others

Request a room far away from the elevator and utilities- I was awoke roughly every 10-30 minutes by the sounds of pipes knocking or the elevator running. I’ve never had a problem with being able to hear the pipes or elevators at any other hotel before (the fellow hotel guests were very quiet). No refrigerator, no coffee maker. Window shade only, no curtain covering a very bright street below. Good thing the window was so dirty- kept some light out. All restaurants and bars closed pretty early and the drink machines on our floor were turned off! Had to buy ultra expensive snacks at hotel store. All that being said, I’m no princess so this rundown castle was tolerable for one night. The bed and pillows were comfy and clean. The bathroom was stocked and clean. All employees encountered were very friendly and helpful. Okay for the price and proximity to the airport.

The room smells. The view of a white wall is horrible. The elevators take forever to come. They have four elevators one will come after about a five minute wait. They closed the parking garage so even as a guest I had no parking spot available unless I paid for valet parking. My neighbors fought all day long. Security had to come. They didn’t do anything about it. Just stood in the hall and listened to this poor guys woman yelling at him. The Tournament Of Kings show was not as good as it has been in the past. The food was awful. They don’t have tomato soup anymore. And charge $10 for a can of beer. The casino smells of smoke all the time. They don’t bring drinks to you while playing. I had to buy drinks at the bar. The old lady’s that come around get one drink at a time. The Bar tender said the camera people Don’t like them to comp to many drinks. I will not stay here again this has been a disgrace. People should look else where. Las Vegas has a lot better places to stay.

Fui com muita espectativa de ser o hotel mais temático de todos e me decepcionei. A faixada e o Lobby lembram um castelo medieval, mas não passa disso. Quando comparado a outros hotéis temáticos como o Cesars, Paris, Venetian e New York New York o Excalibur deixa a desejar. Vale uma passada rápida.

This was my first time staying at Excalibur, to be honest I was a bit skeptical to stay there, but it was the best price on the strip for New Year's Eve.I was thoroughly one over during my stay.My room was very clean and spacious and had all the amenities I needed.The decor is a little outdated, but for such an amazing price in a great location, you can't beat staying at Excalibur.The staff was extremely courteous and helpful and the gambling was very good.

I normally stay at the Excalibur because the price is more affordable especially being on the strip. I never been to Vegas by myself, but I wanted to bring in the New Year there. My first night, I stayed in my room and close to 1am, someone attempted to enter my room. Thank goodness i had the chain on the door. When I looked at the door to see if someone actually did try to come in, the door slowly closed and I checked the peep hole and they already left. I called the front desk and was waiting to be connected for a long while. They finally answered and they cleared all my keys and gave me a new set. This was the first time anything like this happened and I felt unsafe and scared, because what if I didn't have that chain on the door. It would've been nice if I could've moved rooms or been accommodated, but they said I would be fine and sent security up to check the floor. I have never been more terrified. The second night, nothing happened and I left in the morning the day after. Maybe this is a norm in Vegas, but the hotel could've done more to protect mine and anyone else's safety. Even if the price was good, I don't think I'll be staying at the Excalibur anymore.

O mal atendimento no check in já é um prenuncio do que te espera nesse hotel. tentaram nos empurrar um upgrade, mediante pagamento é claro. Como não quisemos, a atendente Taisa disse em tom de ironia que então ficaríamos no primeiro andar e sem vista para a strip. Depois dessa notícia, e por ser meu aniversário, decidimos pagar pelo upgrade. No entanto, embora informado de que todos os quartos são para não fumantes, nos deram um quarto que estava impregnado com cheiro de cigarro. Descemos, informamos que eu estava grávida e pedimos para a gerente trocar. Ela prontamente trocou, porém, mais uma surpresa nos agurdava. Depois de deslocar as malas para o novo quarto, esse estava totalmente dessarumado! Tiramos fotos das camas e banheiro sujos e desarrumados e descemos novamente para falar com a gerente, que pediu desculpas e arrumou outro quarto. No entanto, mais uma vez com cheiro de cigarro e janela com crosta de sujeira. Já cansados da viagem e por ser tarde da noite. Resolvemos deixar para lá. Não recomendo esse hotel. Há opções melhores na Strip por preços parecidos. Não vale a pena perder seus preciosos dias em Vegas nesse hotel.

We've stayed at this hotel several times in the past and this time, they really let us down. The usual 24/7 friendly poker game was gone. No poker in their casino at all. Check-in on a Wednesday afternoon took almost 40 minutes. The buffet was open from 9am to 3pm Friday through Sunday only. Food Court was terribly overpriced and sometimes unavailable with 30+ minute waits after 9am and 5:45pm. The food provided was usually tasty and basically cooked to order. Pagers were provided for food pickup. There were no Do Not Disturb signs for the rooms - only an option to decline maid service. The maids were awesome and kept the room clean. You must use your room key to enable the elevators and the signs explaining this are not terribly obvious. The pool was rarely open on weekdays and never at night when the temperatures of 110 degrees plus abated. Masks were required indoors (except in your room) and while most complied, I saw several people maskless while playing the machines with no attempt by hotel personnel to enforce their rules. Moving walkways and escalators failed to function frequently. Taxi fees from the airport seem to be set at $19.00. Fees to the airport were a bit less ($18.50?) We still enjoyed the five days but would recommend a phone call to the hotel to verify any amenities you really want.

Judged on the amenities, the Excalibur is an average hotel - the rooms are average, the service is average, the atmosphere is average, and the bars and restaurants are average. However, what takes this from a 3 to a 4-star hotel is the price and the location. Excalibur is routinely the cheapest place on the Strip and it's located within walking distance of most of the rest of the sites, as well as the Monorail.

What an experience the pools we're amazing reserve a cabana it's worth it. The frozen margaritas at the pool yum. The security was super helpful my family had gotten lost but thanks to the amazing security they we're on it. The rooms we're clean comfortable and huge and great views. The casino games were fun and won unexpectedly bar staff is great friendly and courteous.

La habitación era muy grande, estaba todo limpio y la ducha muy buena. El check in muy desordenado, lo puedes hacer por la app de MGM, luego te llega una notificación y tu mismo magnetizas la llave; el problema es que la gente no entiende todo éste procedimiento y se pone a hacer filas en el lugar donde se hace la llave o no hacen nada de la app y cuando llega su turno se ponen a hacer todo, lo cual demora mucho la fila. Tener presente que necesitas un teléfono de EEUU para utilizar la app, de lo contrario una funcionaria del hotel ingresa tu mail y ahí puedes seguir con el check in, pero eso lo hace ella, a mi solo me pedía el número de teléfono.

Nice, big, clean rooms. Bathrooms look newly remodeled and have the sliding shower door. Prompt attention to maintenance! Very nice staff. There are only 2 king pillows with the king beds and no coffee pot or fridge in rooms but they are a great place to stay at a good price.

Just went to play video games with the kids, kinda sad when your video game room is rigged just taught my kids an early lesson though so thank you... they won't be gambler's I don't believe thanks to losing $200.00 in your video game room and only winning a 2 dollar stuffed animal each and 2 dollars may be a stretch for those animals. A little advice when peoples kids are playing your crane machines should be able to pick up the merchandise that is inside of them I get that your a casino but you should go easier on the kids maybe their parents would appreciate it and gamble more. If you are willing to rip my kids off your slot machines got to be tight tight no thanks!!

Saw the Tournament of Kings show. I had sooo much fun! This is a great interactive experience for the whole family. I enjoyed cheering for our king. The food was okay. Tasted like it sat under a heat lamp for a while. They made nice stiff drinks though! We played the machines here as well. The cleaning staff were prompt washing machines between uses and picking up trash.

The check in process is horrible if you get there right at check in. You can expect to wait over a hour. We had a few issues with some of the staff of the mask mandate.They were rude and very unprofessionalbecause the mask wasnt covering the nose. But yet there would be groups of people not wearing any mask and nothing would be said. The overall experience here was good tho. They did accommodatethe need for a lower level room because someone in our group doesn't like heights. This was such a relief! I would stay here again

It was OK. House keeping was there everyday. But the shower was clearly not cleaned. The shower head had built up gunk all over the sprayer. The remote has something sticky on it so clearly not cleaned ether. The staff at the front desk and in the casino were super nice. I would have loved to give this hotel 5 stars but I spent an hour cleaning the room and sanitizing when I got checked in. Need to make sure your staff is cleaning the rooms properly.

Fabuloso hotel casino en el que nos alojamos durante nuestra estancia en la ciudad de Las Vegas y que encontramos a un precio súper barato por alojarnos en días laborables, ya en fin de semana lis precios suben bastante. Tiene múltiples servicios, además de casino tiene piscinas enormes, restaurantes de todo tipo, tiendas de todo tipo. Las habitaciones por cierto son enormes.

Staying in probably the oldest room in the hotel and I’ve been here once before about 5 years ago. Desperate during the heatwave with no working a/c at home & bum companies not answering phones, I came here as my most affordable option. Thankful for working a/c for sure. The room doesn’t appear to have been cleaned (maybe just the beds made), though I was alerted it was ready early and again, thankful for this in the heat. The beds do seem comfortable enough and the bell hop desk staff is really nice and helpful (please allow credit card tips or bill tips to rooms- they’re working hard!). Self-parking is super confusing and also a hike to the actual hotel- outside and uncovered- here in Las Vegas. Please at least update this for the property and give some shade for people hiking with luggage. I did call the front desk, who advised me to drive back out and bring my luggage to the front entrance bell hops- which I did- but then had to hike from the ramp in, with my *approved & fees-paid for* pet. You also can’t leave your pet crated briefly like the site says you can because they say if anyone complains about even a yelp (on a pet floor....), security will come have a word with you. Room also had a strange mixture of smells but it’s obviously pet-friendly (& old) and considering I came from no a/c, it’s tolerable. Since I’m reviewing the property as a whole, I’d give it 3 stars just for the bellhops being phenomenal but grateful to have a place to stay. Please use all those resort fees to update every room or drop the fee, since it goes to political campaigns.

Muy bonito aceptable, y lo mejor esque esta en el centro. Para salir a caminar con la familia. Se los recomiendo ## de lo único que algunos cuartos ,no tienen cafetera ni refrigerador. Tengan en cuenta eso y no es obligatorio la máscara si estas vacunado. Lo mejor es visitar en tiempos regulares, no cuando es días feriados tienen juegos para niños.

It was my birthday and chose the hotel to have quiet moment with my husband. During drop off and pick up was a total nightmare. I had to walk with all my stuff, pillows and etc all around the casino. The online check in was no help at all. The room is dirty and my husband and I had red like rashes all over. Meaning to say, the bedsheets are not clean. My room which was at king tower is a nonsmoking room but smelled smoke. I have asthma but I tryna be nice and didn't request transfer of room. I stayed calmed because it's my birthday it's the worst experience ever. I hope everyone can read this. My thing is, if you cant make better service then stop operating. Pandemic so no help then close your businesd

Great room rate... Nice pool... Nice staff... One of the bartenders at the bar by the check in desk by the name of Jim was fantastic, great personality... The man who came on after him was a crabby old man with an attitude... The room was nice but dirty the night we checked in (we checked in pretty late)... Housekeeping staff took care of it in the morning was friendly and took great care of us for the week we were there... The casino itself was clean and well maintained and the food court and shops within were full of friendly, knowledgeable people... Overall it was a very nice time...

Me gusto mucho la experiencia, seguridad y vigilancia, la habitación obtuvo la limpieza suficiente, está cerca de todo que puedes solamente caminar; incluso si solo quieres pasar el tiempo en el hotel, cuenta con todo lo necesario, casino, albercas, área de juegos para niños, DQ, área de comida, restaurantes en diferentes puntos de hotel, hasta bar e incluso tiendas de ropa y otros artículos. Si me hospedaría nuevamente. Entre semana está menos concurrido pero aún así hay mucha gente jugando día y noche.

This is a good location on the strip. The staff were friendly. This is a very what you pay for. The room was clean, but it's really a motel 6 with fun decor. The bed was hard so it was uncomfortable for us(might be good for some). If you're on a budget this is a good location. The pool was nice and had a slide and a waterfall, good for families.

The only complaint I have is there needs to be curtains our room was so bright all night from the light outside our window and there was a ton of pot smoking going on on our floor which made the hallway stink. Other than these 2 things I loved it. I can't wait to go back. The rooms were clean the staff was great and the casino was so much fun.

Very nice hotel! We really enjoyed it ans our daughters loved it! Really nice and only complaint was with housekeeping not provide enough towels and not changing the bedding every day! Had to call and request a few things from them. Nothing too bad but other than that staff was nice and friendly and it's a really nice hotel!

Had an excellent experience for my first visit to Vegas. Excalibur was a great place to stay. The room was very nice, the bed extremely comfortable and the garden tub was well used after walking around town. The casino was very clean and the staff worked very hard to keep it that way. I was very impressed with all those I came in contact with My only real complaint is the lack of coffee before 6:00 in the morning. To those of us that come from earlier time zones, it just means having to wait until 8:00 "our time" to get that first cup in.

Excalibur hotel went above and beyond our expectations of great customer service. We needed handicap room and they gave us 2 adjoining, worked out perfect. Gave us refrigerator for all my medicine. The cleaning staff made sure I had the extra pillows, towels, Kleenex and supplies we needed each day. Without all the extra help we received from you, we would have had to cancel. Instead we had the best mental and medical therapy for my healing. Best I have felt in a year! So alive again. Can’t wait to come back when I am much healthier and really enjoy all you have to offer. Thanks Excalibur for making our family getaway very special memories. We will be back and highly recommend

It's a very beautiful hotel most certainly very nice people good atmosphere very nice workers but I feel like they need to work on their customer service because one they gave away my room that was reserved for two nights secondary I ended up only staying one night because they didn't tell me about the deposit though I had to wait a day and Miss part of my reservation then I have to stand in line for a long on the second day just to get checked in even though I was a Rewards member. Of time the casino floor is nice itself but you have over five sections during this time and only three servers on this whole floor serving over 300 people I didn't find a server until I was almost done bedding honestly then when we found when we ended up waiting for about like an hour and a half maybe two hours for our drinks over all the environment is nice the hotel is beautiful but there are some things that they do need to work on and honestly I did not like my first time being at this hotel hopefully my second experience will be better and they'll treat rewards members right and say everything that is needed before check in and what deposits needed to be there

One of the best hotel and casino in town. In terms of the price the rooms are outstanding, we stayed for two days and other hotels for another two days. In comparison, Excalibur was far better than any other hotels. Beds and bathroom were great but my only complain is it offers less amenities. There was no refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave. Otherwise it was a top notch hotel room. And, don't ask about the casino. It's just downstairs and offer lot more than you ever expect. I would highly recommend anyone to stay in Excalibur if you're visiting Vegas

Detestei! Fiquei hospedada nesse hotel por 8 dias. Muito por pouco. Só aparência. Um quarto que só tem tamanho, mais nada. Estrutura antiga, mal conservada. Na primeira vez que estive em Vegas, me hospedei no Flamingo, mil vez melhor. Paguei menos por uma melhor estrutura, até banheira tinha no quarto. E ainda fica no meio da Strip, muito melhor localizado do que o Excalibur, que fica bem mais afastado, próximo a extremidade sul da Strip. Você também precisa pagar uma taxa de resort que dá uns 40 dólares por diária (é obrigatório), que inclui o uso da internet, piscina e spa. Disso aí só usei a internet, mas passaria muito bem sem. Vc pode comprar um chip daqui e ficar todo o tempo com internet se quiser e sai bem mais barato. Piscina e Spa não usei. Vim em dezembro, muito frio. Tem também uma taxa de seguro no valor de 200 dólares, que no check-out é devolvido se não houver danos no quarto. Pra finalizar, recepcionistas do hotel extremamente rudes, gritando com os clientes que aguardavam na fila para fazer o check-in. Educação, polidez no trato com os clientes, paciência com o turista, realmente não fazem parte desse lugar. Simplesmente odiei! Nunca mais me hospedo aqui. Quando retornar, procurarei outro hotel. E também não recomendo a ninguém. Uma estrela é muito, não daria nenhuma.
