“Experiencia inolvidable. El mejor de Praslin sin comparación. Fantástica ubicación. El spa formidable. Las habitaciones un sueño. Tienen muchos detalles con los clientes. Las vistas inmejorables...pero lo mejor sin duda el equipo del Raffles Praslin. La directora del hotel, Salwa Razzouk, merece especial atención por su magnífico trabajo. Es el edén. Espero tener la fortuna de volver algún día.”

“Breath taking view and a wonderful place to relax. However, this hotel definitely needs to work on renovation, cleanliness, and service. Many parts of our room were damaged. The roof, the mirror, the pool tiles were missing, etc… in regards to cleanliness, we noticed white powder in the glass we drink water in. We did not think much of it and when the cleaner came for room service the next day we made sure to tell him to change the glass. And guess what he did not do? The only thing we told him to do… this time we noticed that another glass I used to mix my protein powder still had residue from when I used it. Did he just wash the glass in the sink? The staff apologized to us and made sure we were well compensated which we really appreciated. Another issue with our room is that there was knocking noises every. Single. Morning. On the last day it got worse and I had to call to tell them to do something about it because I couldn’t even sleep.. Finally, the service was really not the best, it was very slow. This hotel has a lot of potential and real work needs to be put in in order for it to be 10/10 currently I give it a 2/5.”
