“I stayed with my girlfriend here recently most to all of the staff are pretty great pretty awesome actually!! But before we made reservations we made sure to call and ask if they had Netflix and internet tv the lady said they did. We went in shortly after. Once we got to our room and tried setting up Netflix it kept saying error I called down after we retried many times and the lady said they’ve been having reports all day and the shift before her told her they have someone working on it should be back running in a couple hours. Great!! Well we wake up still not working i call down and I ask if it’s fixed yet this new lady said she hasn’t heard anything about this complaint from anyone it’s not in the books and no one has been called but that she will call someone and work on it. Then we spoke to tech because they gave us a number to help get enhanced WiFi cause there links weren’t working either, tech even said they still haven’t heard anything about the internet tv. Very frustrating when we asked an hour before we made the reservations about having internet tv that’s the whole reason we picked this one them saying yes they do just to find out it wasn’t working and they knew about that. Then in the morning my wife ran down to get us breakfast she asked the early morning shift lady if she could use a tray or anything because she was carrying a lot of stuff for the both of us to wake me up to a good meal, the lady gave her some dumb excuses why she couldn’t then as soon as she went back to try and carry it the breakfast guy came running with a tray and helped me out and was so sweet so clearly the morning person just didn’t care or was just being lazy or both, she looked right at me when I had the tray with not such a nice face. So for the three/four nights there was no tv which was really frustrating and no one comped anything which isn’t the biggest deal but still we had nothing to do the whole reason we went there was for that and they said yes while knowing it wasn’t working and weren’t speaking with one another about it or just didn’t wanna try and fix it. Our next door room neighbor was even telling us how frustrated and bored he was with it and seemed like no one cared. Over all the rooms are pretty good the staff was very nice and helpful except for a couple of times as explain it was good but the tv thing just really weighed it all down… hope it’s fixed now for others.”

“Hotel was ok. Breakfast decent. We had a late flight out Sunday eve. I asked for a later checkout Sunday around 5am as we left for a hockey game. The guy at the desk said no problem, 3pm is fine because they had so many rooms to clean they would never need to get to them all. By 12, cleaning was harassing us. Then Jean called and was super rude. Wanted us out and said the guy never wrote that down. Acted like I was not honest. So we just left and went to sit at the airport for 6 hours.”
