The amount of deferred maintenance was shocking, to almost the point that I had to question whether it was a good idea to even stay there. I'll start with the serious and move on to the annoyances:1. Hotel structural issues: I know being close to the water brings additional maintenance when it comes to concrete, but I would have expected a Hilton to be on top of it. They were not. Entire exterior panels were missing from the building. Balconies had exposed corroding rebar. If these are the visible problems, what else can't I see?2. They offer free breakfast for Gold members - good luck collecting on that though. The first day the restaurant was closed due to power issues (more infrastructure problems). It is always closed on Tuesdays, and the last day was so crowded it took forever to be served.3. I booked a view of the bay. What I got was a 3rd floor room with a view of a maintenance room on the hotel roof and not only was it not the bay, it was filled with trash and broken glass (see attached).4. Services seemed to be lacking. The hotel description boasts 5 restaurants and 4 pools. Much of it seemed to be closed though and it reminded me of an abandoned town, signs of something that might have been great someday, but lacking today. What was open was riddled with poor service. For example, long lines for poolside drinks, running out of towels poolside and by the beach.5. And finally, the icing on the cake, the sounds of the hotel. There was a dog barking constantly a few doors down. Day/night, (s)he was barking non-stop. Additionally, the shower dripped all night long with a rhythm that would drive anybody crazy.”

We stayed at the Condado Plaza Hilton from 12/20/21-12/27/21. We booked this particular hotel with the understanding that there were 9 restaurants within the hotel and that this was going to be very much a resort like experience. However, once we arrived, we were shocked to find out that six of the nine restaurants were no longer open. None of this was communicated to us, by either the travel agency or the hotel itself. But not only were there only three restaurants available, only one was actually open and staffed.The hotel had a clearly stated mask policy for guests and staff and yet they did not enforce it all. Guests were rude and defiant about being masked indoors and would refuse to obey the limit inside the single operating elevator (one was out of service).The manager of the hotel yelled at my children for being in the hot tub, even though children had been in the hot tub all week. When we spoke to him, he denied it and was incredibly rude about it. Later on that evening, they closed the hot tub early, when we asked to speak to a manager about why, Jose, refused to speak with us and said the hours were posted on a sign out front. However, we couldn’t find a sign. We were not the only guests who were upset about the hot tub and the manager would not come out of the office and speak to anyone.The hotel lost power one evening and we could not get food or water that night. The generator kicked back on but the vending machines were empty and the restaurant was out of water and wasn’t operating. The following day the restaurant wasn’t open and we had to walk over a mile to find somewhere with power to get food and drink. The concierge had no idea what was open and had no idea how to provide for the guests. Overall our experience was terrible and I will never stay at a Hilton property for the rest of my life.

O hotel é bem legal. Eu gostei do meu quarto e varanda com vista para o mar. Era limpo, bem conservado e a equipe foi muito simpática. Mas a praia deles não é privada, o que é bom, mas a vista é atroz. Você olha para outros hotéis altos. Não o oceano. Você pode encontrar vista para o mar no hotel, mas há uma parede que bloqueia completamente a vista se você estiver em uma espreguiçadeira ou barras de uma grade se estiver em um nível superior. Não há guarda-chuvas em nenhum desses pontos.

Stayed on the 8th floor strong smell of mold immediately when you get off the elevator. Not Hilton quality.Way overpriced for the condition of the property.Elevator broke down 3 times while we were there.You pay an additional resort fee which the say covers your chairs and umbrella on the beach and 4 bottles of water.I booked 2 ocean front rooms spent almost $8000 for a 10 day stay,But on the weekend they told my son and his fiancée that there wasn’t room for anymore people.I was already at the beach area and they were taking money from other people that were not staying at the Hilton and collecting cash and letting people off the street take the chairs with umbrellas.I complained to management twice and I never received any response even though they said they would let me know why this was happening.The hotel needs updating the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling and moldy shower head was constantly leaking. The lobby is nice but everything else needed work. The curtains in the room were moldy on the back the air conditioner barely worked we had the setting on 65 the whole time but it barely cooled the room to about 74.It’s just poor quality for a Hilton. We checked in on 1/7/22 the staff was all super nice and awesome.But they need a new hotel manager because the property is poorly maintained and they are not providing rooms at the quality that is advertised and it’s expensive to stay and it’s a 2 or 3 star hotel but the price point is for a 4 star hotel.Very disappointed with the quality.However the staff inside the hotel was all extremely nice and friendly.

The hotel is quite nice. I liked my room and ocean view balcony. It was clean, well maintained and the staff was very friendly. But their beach, it's not private, which is fine, but the view is atrocious. You look at other high rise hotels. Not the ocean. You can find ocean views at the hotel, but there is a wall that completely blocks the view if you are in a lounge chair, or bars from a railing if you're on an upper level. There are no umbrellas at either of those spots.

Fique longe deste hotel, não é limpo, os funcionários são rudes e a roupa de cama cheira como se não tivesse sido lavada há meses. Pedi mais dois travesseiros e um cobertor, peguei um edredom que não tinha sido lavado, cheirava nojento e os travesseiros também cheiravam mal. Não use nenhuma das roupas de cama. Os quartos são realmente medíocres, escassamente mobiliados, com banheiros tão pequenos que você fica em cima do vaso sanitário tentando escovar os dentes. Para um Hilton foi nojento, eu esperava que os padrões do Hilton, mas acho que esse padrão decaiu um pouco. Prefiro ficar em um motel do que neste hotel. Na sala seria confortável. O serviço de alimentação também foi péssimo. Esperei 1 hora para o pão torrado e o café. A Hilton precisa melhorar seu jogo e garantir que suas propriedades atendam aos padrões. Esta propriedade era velha, definitivamente precisa de muitas atualizações. Não é o padrão do Hilton. A equipe da frente, serviço de arrumação e concierge são muito rudes e não estão facilmente disponíveis. Ninguém atende o telefone. Não espere serviço de quarto, ele não existe. Fique longe desta propriedade a todo custo, não vale a pena o dinheiro gasto.

The hotel is expensive for what they offered. There was only 1 elevator working, imaging we went for Xmas eve and stayed for 5 days. The hotel Was full and was only 1 elevator working, several minutes to go to our room. The rooms are old and needs to be updated, the coffee machine is located in the bathroom which is very disgusting.There is no room service available and the hotel food is bad. They charge 38 dollar extra fees daily plus Parking. The extra $38 dollars I don’t understand the reason for because they don’t even do room service or clean the room and there’s no activities at the pool for the kids. They have a calendar which stated every day activities, but those never happened. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Some staff are rude as well and seems very unhappy.

Stay clear of this hotel, it’s not clean, staff are rude and bedding smelt like it had not been washed for months. I asked to two additional pillows and a blanket, I got a comforter that had not been washed, it smelled disgusting and the pillows also were smelling. Did not use either of the bedding. The rooms are really mediocre sparsely furnished with bathrooms so small you are on top of the toilet trying to brush your teeth. For a Hilton it was disgusting I was expecting it to Hilton standards but I guess that standard has gone downhill quite a bit. I would rather stay at a motel than this hotel. At the room would be comfortable. There food service was also lousy. Waited 1 hour for toasted bagel and coffee. Hilton needs to up its game and ensure their properties are up to their standards. This property was old definitely needs a lot of upgrades. Not Hilton standard at all. Front staff, housekeeping and concierge are very rude and not easily available. No one picks up the phone. Don’t expect room service, it’s non existent. Stay away from this property at all costs not worth the money.

O que eu achei ótimo, já que você nada e faz várias atividades vai precisar de serviços de limpeza. O quarto era bom, a vista era de tirar o fôlego. O corredor cheirava horrivelmente a mofo ou a um roedor morto. Por favor, reserve um tempo para explorar o hotel quando chegar; área da piscina, acesso à praia, áreas de lounge, revise todos os panfletos fornecidos no check-in. No geral, a estadia foi agradável taxas adicionais eram um pouco caro. Esteja preparado para ficar 3 noites adicionais de R $ 200 em impostos e taxas além do que foi pago antecipadamente. Tive um grande momento. Eu recomendaria este hotel.

The hotel was nice. Staff were pleasant valet attendees were exceptional. Please know you must pay for parking at this hotel. Cafe staff provided excellent service. I would recommend having at least one meal here. If you would like house keeping you'll have to request it. Which I thought was fine, as you swim and do various activities you will need cleaning services. The room was nice, view was breath taking. Hallway smelled horrible like mildew or a dead rodent. Please take time to explore the hotel when you arrive; pool area, beach access, lounge areas, review all pamphlet provided at check-in. Overall the stay was nice additional fees were a bit pricey. Be prepared stayed 3 nightsadditional$200 in taxes and fees in addition to what was paid in advance. Had a great time. I would recommend this hotel.

Not good! Was there for 9 days with no microwave after being told we'd get one. Had to throw away so much food or eat it cold. We were so patient and kind and asked every singe day for a microwave, meanwhile seeing people checking out. We couldn't of received one of those microwaves? BTW, we were given a microwave on the LAST night after finally getting snappy. The room had a wet odor smell and felt very muggy. Ocean front view was amazing though. Overall, not happy. spent way more money than expected due to not having a microwave. Beyond upset! Not to mentioned room service would skip out on leaving rags. My husband had to beg for some rags! Will not stay here again!

This hotel got two stars because it is beautiful and has nice accommodations, however many things have happened or not happened that were easily fixable with a well managed and accommodating staff. That staff was not present during our 3 night stay. We were allowed in a room that was not our original room 1 hour and 45 minutes after our 4:00pm check in. We had already waited 3 total hours since arriving. When we got to our room we dropped our bags and went to dinner. When we returned I noticed that none of the hard surfaces in the bathroom had been wiped clean from previous guests and said guests toiletries were still present in the bathroom. I called the front desk right away and made them aware, no one came to rectify this so we went to bed. When we got up the next morning I called several times throughout the day to see if housekeeping was available and could get no one. I spoke with the front desk staff and they assured me someone would come while we were out. When we returned several hours later, the status of our room was the same since we left. Saturday morning we went to the Denny’s restaurant that is in and managed by the hotel, there was an extensive wait as they only had 1 waitress and 1 cook. There were 4 people actually seated to eat at 1 table in the restaurant. The host was very disinterested in accommodating us when we asked for an alternative place to go and not apology was offered for the inconvenience of what can only be explained as very bad managing. The name on this hotel comes with a price tag and a assumption that efforts will be taken to make your stay accommodating. In my experience, it’s absolutely not worth it. There are several other hotels on Ashland Ave. that would be more accommodating.

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación. Los cuartos son espaciosos y muy cómodos. Los empleados muy atentos. Una pena que su restaurante, cafeterias y bar and lounge estuvieran cerrados. El distanciamiento social no existía. Fuera de estos detalles la estadía fue excelente.

Mal manejo del area de la piscina en epoca del Covid19. Antes de llegar al holtel preguntamos sobre el protocolo del holtel con respecto al covid 19, y lo más que me llamó la atención es que me informaron que si en el hotel había muchos huespedes el area de las piscina iba a ser por cita, 2 horas por grupos de 15 personas. Que decepción saber que, a pesar de sacar cita, para una hora específica, la piscina estaba bastante llena, no había silla para sentarse, no veías a ningun empleado limpiando las sillas!! Y en la piscina como tal, habia más de 25 a 30 personas, lo cual se hacía difícil buscar un área de 6 pies de distancia!! No estan cumpliendo con el protocolo en esa área especifica lo cual se hace dificil disfutar con seguridad!! Por lo demás el cuarto muy limpio y dispensadores antibacteriales en muchas áreas y fue la parte que más me gustó del hotel, espero que lo del área de la piscinas puedan mejorarlo.

La habitación donde se supone que nos quedáramos con mis niñas,tenía 4 cucarachas muerta y pelo en la cama, ósea no habían cambiado lassabanas de la cama. Es algo súper sucio y peligro, y más en estos momento de pandemia donde la igiene es lo más importante. y decidimos no quedarnos en el hotel. Y para colmo han pasado dos meses y todavía no nos quieren devolver el dinero.

Excelente lugar para visitar en familia o solo ,la limpieza , muy bonito todo. En un lado de la piscina tiene unas chorreras para los niños y es súper grande todas las piscinas . Los encargados del área de las piscinas son muy amable . Lo único que cuando yo fui y con todoesto de la pandemia , hay ciertas limitaciones en cuanto al uso de la piscina y las facilidades, pero por lo demás súper .

Me quedé por 3 días y 2 noches!! El guardia de seguridad cuando fue a tomarnos la temperatura estaba hablando por teléfono y nos hizo esperar!! La habitación muy bonita y cómoda!! No tienen las barras abiertas del hotel!! Café Caribe está abierto de miércoles en adelante..pues no pude desgustar!! Unica opción cerca de comida Dennys..resuelve!! Pedimos limpieza a la habitación y no lo hicieron!! La piscina bien buena!! Estuvo bien y lo disfrute apesar de esas cositas!!
