“Very good hotel. Clean room, surroundings well maintained. My husband and i had a wonderful stay. A big thanks to Mr Ravi by the pool. He's so dedicated. All the staffs were so kind and helpful. Everybody was keen to help whenever needed. Will definitely go back.”

“We were looking for a 5* resort. All the ones we looked at were fully booked. Victoria is rated 4* and was offered as a “good alternative”. It isn’t. This should be rated as an okay 3* resort that caters to a mass market. If this were their public offering, I would have rated them 4*. If you are looking for a better experience at the resort (especially for 2), insist on staying at the “Victoria for Two” side of the resort. It’s a more modern offering with a private restaurant. You’ll still get the mass market vibe when you walk across to the main resort. The food was very very average. Maybe even a touch below. If you don’t really mind feeling like just a room number, this will be an okay experience.”
