“Absolute disappointment.There is no housekeeping (not even making the sheets) unless you ask for it AHEAD of your stay. We asked on the fifth day of our eight-day stay, was told there is no availability, how about the next day? We didn’t get it the next day either. I did get more towels and toiletries and tissues though.Our bathtub flooded more with every bath, and the water took about five minutes to drain after. Fortunately near the end of our stay, the manager (?) came to talk to people at breakfast and it got fixed on the same day.There was only one soap bar, as someone else mentioned. So you have to use that soap bar for showering, then carry it to the sink for washing your hands. And back to the shower again. That’s pretty absurd, and this is not a budget hotel.There is also no disposable tooth brush, toothpaste, or basic amenities such as comb, ear buds etc. There is a hairdryer though.There is a coffee machine, but it was filthy. There was brown dirt around the edges and also white stains inside the water compartment. I tried washing it (using that one soap bar) but gave up. Only two disposable paper cups are provided in the room, so if you stay more than a day, get your own from the lobby during breakfast or you can’t have a drink in the days after. No bottled water is provided except an Evian which costs US$7.There is no safe (despite what the hotel’s reply says - maybe someone removed it) and no slippers.What we did like was that there was a mini fridge (which leaks water if you place food below the ice compartment). There was also a microwave which we used to make hot drinks, given the filthy coffee maker.The gym is small but usable. It gets crowded in the mornings.Breakfast includes pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon and potatoes; yogurt, fruit and whipped cream; self-service waffle maker; bread; cereal and milk; and an egg station. I don’t eat mammals so my protein options were limited. The food wasn’t good too, so I ended up eating out or just having fruit. The coffee is watered down too and sometimes runs out. Fortunately there is hot water (most of the time) and tea bags.All in all, you can definitely get better value elsewhere, stay here only if you need a last-minute stopover rest of one night.”

“Hotel con inmejorable ubicación, muy cercano al aeropuerto y a vías de comunicación (hay cerca una estación de metro), instalaciones muy bien cuidadas, excelente servicio del personal del mostrador, desayuno buffet y a veces hay personal que habla español. Altamente recomendable.”
