Hotel muito interessante. Excelente pequeno almoço. Tiveram a amabilidade de nos darem um quarto superior sem custos PONTOS negativos Na recepção pedimos disponibilidade para massagens e até ao fim da estadia de 3 noites não disseram nada e desorganização na gestão do espaço do pequeno almoço. Não podem marcar tantas mesas para o mesmo horário

Una suite muy cuidada, espaciosa y con una terraza y vistas magníficas. El desayuno, muy buena calidad en sus productos y una amplia gama para elegir. La cama y almohadas muy cómodas; excelente servicio en recepción, nos atendió Bruno a nuestra llegada y fue muy atento. Volveremos seguro.

Absolutely amazing experience. I got the pleasure of a room upgrade to a junior suite and it was fantastic. The staff is very nice and helpful. The indoor heated pool is great for the cold days. The breakfast is also fantastic. I particularly loved the balcony and the view, great place to watch the sunset.

Visited Figueira, nice town, with nice food and nice beaches, even in November. Chose this hotel and although it wasn't absolutely horrible it wasn't that great, here is why. CONS - 1- Almost all metals in the room with rust. 2- shower curtains stained and yellow from time/use 3- water bottle in the balcony filled with cigarets and water. 4- very sterile looking room, almost like a hospital bedroom. 5- Nobody working in the hotel was friendly except for the restaurant crew. 6- old fashioned and overall not nice looking common areas and rooms. PROS 1- Inside of the room was clean (except for shower curtain, read above) 2- The view was great, even in the room that doesn't advertise sea view you still get a great sea view 3- good location and access.

Fantásticas vistas, tranquilidad, habitación grande y luminosa, muy buena ubicación. Desayuno estupendo. Lo que menos nos gustó fue que había cortinas en lugar de mampara en la bañera. Por otra parte, dos ascensores son pocos para tantos clientes las esperas se hacen muy largas.

Very modern hotel right on the beach. Beautiful view of the ocean. The setting sun is particularly splendid. My room was spotlessly clean and the staff is very courteous and helpful. The restaurant is excellent! I'd stay here again!

Hotel moderno muy bien situado y con vistas espectaculares, de lo mejor de la zona PERO solo tiene dos elevadores para 16 plantas con 2 alas llenas de cuartos. Además los ascensores no tienen memoria cuando se llaman,con lo cual se te queda el dedo pegado al pulsador Las vistas que tiene están mal aprovechadas, falta arriba una terraza panorámica con piscina climatizada (porque aquí el tiempo es fresco) y bar restaurante

Excelente hotel. Cumplen a la perfección con las medidas anti COVID. Hemos estado muy tranquilos en todo momento. El personal es encantador, amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudarte en todo momento. Habitaciones amplias, cómodas y limpias. El desayuno buffet, excelente. Recomendable 100%.

Hotel that is hard to miss and defines the skyline of Figueira da Foz. The staff is extremely nice and also the rooms. I would recommend doing the booking via the hotel's website because they offer the breakfast and parking. Good views, good breakfast and good Sunday buffet dinner. Definitely recommend if you are staying in this city

Hot dinning room and the Junior suite (my reservation) is not recommended. It's conception is very questionable in terms of usability and the showers are not practical at all. The package does not mach the product and our expectations were much higher.

We had an amazing stay! We were upgraded to a large suite with a large balcony and great views. Rooms were very spacious, clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. I loved the large bathrooms and tub. So nice :) My interaction with the staff was also really really good. Allison at the front desk was a star and took such great care of us, we were even sent a special detail when I mentioned we were celebrating a bday. Meant a lot, thank you! Overall we were so taken care of by everyone on their staff, it was unreal. We will be back! Amazing work guys!!!

It's a pleasant hotel with a very nice view. And good staff services. The location is wonderful. The bad parts: After renting a city view suite, I was disappointed by the shower unit, it doesn't close properly meaning the bathroom will look flooded after every shower. The bathtub is not a real alternative for showering as it has one of the worse shower placement I've ever witnessed, looks good but it's not functional, ending in an even worse result than using the shower. Overall it feels sloppy to have these suites plagued with minor issues. You go to a hotel to relax and details matter. These don't contribute to a good experience as it just falls short of expectations. These are easy fixes and should immediately be addressed.

We had a good time in Eurostars Oasis Plaza hotel despite the current corona regime. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel and rooms are clean and adapted to corona rules.
