Seriously a must stay. Hotel accommodations are excellent. Valet took good care of our vehicle and easy to use. Rooms are super nice and in writing condition. Pool was very spacious. Maybe pricey but they make it up with service and coupons you get when checking in.

We had the half bay half city view with double beds awesome. Clean and comfortable. We had linens brought to us asap. Valet was also on point. I dug the top of the Hyatt it was booked up though. Location is perfect. Front desk very informative. I'll definitely be coming back 🙏🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Loved our stay! Really friendly staff. Zach gave us great suggestions and Nick was really helpful as well. Great view, best location to Seaport and Gaslamp and walking proximity to food and entertainment. Beds are super comfy and hotel is very clean. Great views of the bay with lots of amenities! Would come back and stay here again and 10/10 recommend.

Top notch customer service! Top notch location! Top notch views! Top notch amenities! Great for a romantic getaway or vaca with kids. We came here once for our anniversary and now this is our GO-TO every time we come to SD alone or with our kids. You have downtown and beach and restaurants/bars, shops, music, all walking distance!! Rooftop basketball court, rooftop restaurant, rooftop outdoor movie theatre! Best hotel in SD!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Great location. 10 minutes walk to midway aircraft carrier. We had an upgrade to ocean view room where we can see midway right from window. It was great accommodation. Breakfast was good too with waterfront view. Will definitely stay here again.
