“DO NOT BOOK! No hot water. When we checked in the lady said the recent hurricane caused the hot water to go out. But reading the reviews, It looks like the hot water has been out for months! So she lied to us as we checked in. We asked why couldn’t they advise us prior to arriving after we paid a taxi. She said they were not able to do that. So we had no choice but to check in because it was 9pm at night already. She didn’t know what to do and we are tourists so we know less than her. We had no choice. Good thing we are only here one night. We only chose this hotel because it was closest to the airport and thats the only good thing about this hotel.”

“A pior sensação que já tive na vida, o hotel vende mentiras quando fala que tem Wi-Fi e transfer gratuito para o aeroporto. Não tem Wi-Fi, muito menos transfer atendimento horrível, lugar super sujo, comida sem opções e cheiro ruim!!!! SE VOCÊ TEM AMOR NA VIDA, FUJA DESSE HOTEL!!!!!”
