Fiquei aqui para visitar a família. O quarto tinha uma mancha vermelha no edredom. A cama era tão velha que tinha marcas de corpo em ambos os lados. Eu não aconselho ninguém deve ficar aqui. Boa equipe de check-in, mas não acomodou meu pedido de quarto para ficar perto da minha mãe idosa. Eu estava no 3º andar. Ela estava no 1º andar, longe do saguão. Experiência ruim para um hotel conectado ao Hilton.

I stayed here to visit family. The room had a red stain on the comforter.The bed was so old it had body imprints on both sides. I do not advise anyone else should stay here. Nice check in staff, but did not accommodate my room request to be near my elderly Mom. I was on the 3rd floor. She was on the 1st floor, far from the lobby. Bad experience for a Hilton connected hotel.

Meu quarto ficou sem sabonete para mãos e para o corpo - só tinha xampu e saboneteira. A recepção foi antipática e disse que não havia sabão extra que eles pudessem fornecer até que a arrumação resolvesse o problema. Eu usei xampu em vez disso, mas preocupado com a segurança de tocar nos botões do elevador, itens de café da manhã etc., já que outros hóspedes também estavam com falta de sabão. Chocante que um hotel não fosse capaz de estocar algo tão básico e essencial.

Piscina está fechada. O café da manhã é básico e o ar condicionado não esfriou o suficiente, mesmo na temperatura mais baixa. Nosso quarto não tinha utensílios. E não fomos informados sobre o vinho/cerveja grátis. Nice e equipe.

Esta foi a minha primeira vez em um layout de terno Homewood versus suas outras propriedades. Eu viajo o tempo todo para trabalhar cerca de duas semanas a um mês. Eu pensei que era um bom apartamento como se sentir. O que foi bom porque me senti em casa. O quarto do hotel tinha uma área de quatro partes com paredes separando cada uma: cozinha, sala, quarto e banheiro. Eu realmente gosto da cozinha completa com uma mesa para 2 pessoas. Fiquei surpreso ao ver talheres, panela, lava-louças e geladeira grande. A cama/banheiro/sala de estar eram tão espaçosos. Meu animal de serviço amou o dono e sua equipe.

La piscina está cerrada. El desayuno es básico y el aire acondicionado no enfriaba lo suficiente incluso a la temperatura más baja. Nuestra habitación no tenía utensilios. Y no nos informaron sobre el vino/cerveza gratis. Bonita habitación y personal.

Esta fue mi primera vez en un diseño de traje de Homewood en comparación con sus otras propiedades. Viajo todo el tiempo por trabajo alrededor de dos semanas a un mes. Pensé que era una agradable sensación de apartamento. Lo cual fue agradable porque me sentí como en casa. La habitación del hotel tenía un área de cuatro partes con paredes que separaban cada una: cocina, sala de estar, dormitorio y baño. Me gusta mucho la cocina completa con una mesa para 2 personas. Me sorprendió ver cubiertos, sartenes, lavaplatos y un refrigerador grande. La cama, el baño y la sala de estar eran muy amplias. Mi animal de servicio amaba al dueño y su personal.

Pool is closed. Breakfast is basic & the air conditioner didn't get cold enough even at the lowest temperature. Our room had no utensils. And we weren't informed about the free wine/beer. Nice room & staff.

My room had run out of hand and body soap - it only had shampoo and dish soap. The front desk was unsympathetic and said there was no extra soap they could provide until housekeeping solved the problem. I used shampoo instead but worried about the safety of touching elevator buttons, breakfast items etc since other guests were also missing soap. Shocking that a hotel would not be able to stock something so basic and essential.

This was my first time in a Homewood suit layout vs their other properties. I travel all the time for work about two weeks to a month. I thought it was a nice apartment like feel. Which was nice because I felt at home. The hotel room had four-part area with walls separating each: kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom. I really like the full kitchen with a 2-person table set up. I was surprised to see silverware, cooking pan, dishwasher, and full-size refrigerator. The bed/ bath/ living room were so spacious. My service animal loved the owner and his staff.

Meu quarto estava quieto e eu tive uma boa noite de sono. A equipe da recepção e a equipe de manutenção foram extremamente simpática e prestativa. Com certeza, ficaria aqui novamente!

My room was quiet and I got such a good night's sleep. The front desk staff and maintenance staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

O interruptor de luz da porta da frente não ligava nada, o ventilador de teto acima da cama não ligava, nenhum ventilador no banheiro, então minha esposa teve que suportar meu despejo selvagem. O controle remoto da TV parou de funcionar. No geral, parece bom, mas falta muito planejamento no design.

El interruptor de la luz junto a la puerta principal no encendía nada, el ventilador de techo sobre la cama no se encendía, no había ventilador en el baño, por lo que mi esposa tuvo que soportar mi descarga salvaje. El control remoto de la televisión dejó de funcionar. En general se ve bien, pero le falta mucha planificación en el diseño.

The light switch by the front door didn't turn anything on, ceiling fan above the bed wouldn't turn on, no fan in the bathroom so my wife had to endure my savage dump. TV remote stopped working. Overall looks nice but it's lacking a lot of planning on the design.

hospedado aqui antes e foi great, a equipe foi maravilhoso. Apareceu hoje pediu um quarto, eles tinham vários, disseram que eu estava usando o CLC e me disseram que eles não podem aceitá-lo, apesar de estar disponível no aplicativo e eu usá-lo aqui antes. A senhora atrás do balcão parecia não saber o que fazer. Estou na estrada 4 dias por semana e fico quase exclusivamente em hotéis da marca Hilton. Não é o que eu espero da marca Hilton.

Stayed here before and it was great, staff was wonderful. Showed up today asked for a room, they had several, said I was using CLC and was told they cannot take it despite it showing available on the app and me using it here before. Lady behind the counter didn't seem to know what to do. I am on the road 4 days a week and stay almost exclusively at Hilton branded hotels. Not what I expect from the Hilton brand.

Limpe o exterior à chegada. O lobby tem boa luz e muita luz solar entrando. Os funcionários da recepção o cumprimentam e têm conhecimento para responder a perguntas ou descobrirão para você. Quarto foi incrível e não tive problemas durante a estadia. Com certeza ficarei novamente quando estiver na área novamente. Também indicarei outros. Café-da-manhã foi delicioso, eo misturador à noite foi um deleite agradável.

Limpie el exterior a su llegada. El vestíbulo tiene buena luz y mucha luz solar que entra. Los empleados de la recepción lo saludan y están capacitados para responder preguntas o lo averiguarán por usted. La habitación era increíble y no tuve problemas durante la estancia. Definitivamente me quedaré de nuevo cuando esté en el área nuevamente. También referiré a otros. El desayuno era una delicia, y la batidora de la noche fue un placer agradable.

Clean exterior upon arrival. Lobby has good light and plenty of sunlight coming inside. Desk employees greet you and are knowledgeable to answer questions or will find out for you. Room was amazing and had no problems during stay. I will definitely stay again when in the area again. I will also refer others. Breakfast was delightful, and the evening mixer was a pleasant treat.
