Delicious hot breakfast. The hotel is right across the street from Salt Palace Convention Center. Room is very nice and spacious. 2 blocks walk to a very good, inexpensive Thai restaurant, Laan Na.

Great hotel! Kind staff, good rooms, good breakfast that changes their menu daily, and good location. They upgraded us to a suite for free. We had a great stay!

Very nice hotel. The rooms are modern, clean, and have wonderful showers. The Google map location is off however and our Lyft driver dropped us off in the wrong place so we had to walk around the block. Please set the location of the building to the front door.

Clean rooms, equivalent to a one bedroom apartment!! Perfect for the few hours we needed until our morning flight. Very accommodating after having our flight cancelled.

Perfect location for going to jazz games, and doing anything downtown. Staff are really exceptionally warm and friendly. The rooms and the hotel were very clean and it was very comfortable. Loved their breakfast area great for mingling and or being alone.

O Google Maps me fez virar mais cedo, divide uma garagem com o Marriott ao lado. Não dê a volta no quarteirão, desça a via de incêndio perto do estacionamento. Quartos limpos, toque contemporâneo.

I love this hotel and the location. Breakfast in the morning, constant coffee and flavored creamers. In a very walkable location. The only thing I regret is having room 334, it’s currently 3:30am, I’ve been up since 2:00am because of this light shining in my room. Even with the blinds completely closed, the light from the street lamp comes in so bright and DIRECTLY in front of my window that it looks like it’s daytime outside

I want to write about how much I appreciate the staff at the Hyatt House Salt Lake City/ Downtown location. The front desk staff last weekend 11/5-11/7 were all very helpful and attentive. They greeted us every time we came through. And Tim in maintenancewas very patient in helping us to figure out how to plug in our equipment into the outlets in our room. But the star of the weekend was our room attendant Olga and the front desk attendant Max. Long story short was that I accidentally left my wedding band in a ceramic mug in our room and we checked out and flew home. It wasn’t until I was on the drive home from our flight home that I noticed it missing. Moments of panic occurred until I called the front desk. Many emotions washed over me as Max explained that the ring had been turned in to lost and found. I can’t tell you how grateful and appreciative I am to know that your staff have integrity and care about their customers. Luckily my son lives 20 minutes away and was able to pick it up for me. Please give your staff my appreciation and gratitude for their good deed and excellent service!!Thank you!!!

Google maps had me turning early, shares a parking garage with the Marriott next door. Don't go around the block, go down the fire lane by the parking. Clean rooms, contemporary feel.

My coworker and I have been"living" in several hotels in Salt Lake City and we always try to go back to Hyatt house. The place is great and the people there is amazing: Stephanie at the breakfast and Lying, Tiffany, Abraham, David and the others in the front desk.

O quarto era bom e limpo. No entanto, o café da manhã foi bastante decepcionado, pois eles oferecem apenas uma pequena porção de comida fria ou de microondas. Outros hotéis (até mesmo outros Hyatts) estão trazendo de volta o buffet de café da manhã quente ou híbrido.

Room was nice and clean. However breakfast was quite disappointed as they only offer small portion of cold or microwave food. Other hotels (even other Hyatts) are bringing back the hot breakfast buffet style or hybrid.

One of the best run Hyatt House locations in all the the USA 🇺🇸! The staff was truly incredible. I interacted with them prior to my arrival and during. Staff was remarkable, was able to accommodate requests, friendly, and professional. They truly provided world class five star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service. The property itself boasts, great location, plenty of common area seating/space indoor and outdoor. One area lacking is still the breakfast due to the pandemic restrictions. The suites are well appointed with plenty of space. In New York City they would be considered luxury one bedroom apartments. Overall, highly recommend!

This hotel has everything you could possibly need it’s basically a small studio apartment with a full kitchen. Good restaurant in the lobby and a great exercise room. I prefer running thru downtown and stopping off at Temple Square
