“I’m only giving two stars because Luis and tatiana the two bartenders make sure you have the best time ever by the bar I absolutely love them and the staff were actually nice to me. BUT this definitely isn’t the cleanest or nicest hotel. There was a roach in the pool that had the swing chair. The cleaning ladies DONT really clean idk what they do. Beds are super uncomfortable and you get 3 flat pillows. I’ve never seen a hotel with 3 flat pillows before. As much as I loved the staff the food was just awful and the cleanliness definitely is not up to par. I say they shut this place down and completely revamp it. I’m sure they make enough money they charge a lot to not make sure the hotel is super clean.”
