“Do not stay here! The air conditioner is not working and staff acts like it just happened and HVAC technicians are here on site with urgency to fix it but that is not the case. The air has not been working in this hotel for more than 11 days. They do not have any fans to provide guests and the rooms are sitting at 83° at night. They tell you they will comp the mini bar but the only thing in the mini bar are three water bottles and a Coca-Cola. Read the reviews, this place is disgusting and hot. Go somewhere else”

“Bom hotel, quarto confortável, ótimo desjejum, equipe de recepção atenciosa. Meus agradecimentos especialmente a Sílvia, Alessandro e Sara.
