“I’ve just finished my 14 day quarantine at the Pullman. Thankyou to all the staff. You were helpful and caring, especially in providing me with a lounge chair when my back was getting sore. My gluten free meals were amazing. I never went hungry and came home with most of the extra snacks my husband had dropped off. The room was spacious. .There was enough room for me to do my exercises. And the bed was very comfortable. I was really excited when I discovered that I had a coffee machine. When you’re in a situation like quarantine it’s the little things that really help you through. Thanks again.”

“Room dusty and balcony not clean, food is cold…but if you want warmed food buy a microwave and a vacuum who does that really…
Currently in quarantine few times, we got food round 8pm and had to call to see where our food was…we have also had grey coloured eggs. So, when you order from somewhere else, it still comes to you late soiled and cold…SA Health need to manger this a whole lot better than it is…you only call rooms to tick off names you don’t care even when your asking. We heard people have been leaving early, we now have 4 negative results, we were separated from our pet and have another place to quarantine with him but no…you don’t treat people equal. We feel the same as another reviewer Jade Clarke…won’t be coming here to stay…”
