“Staff were very friendly and professional, and for the price this hotel is good value. Breakfast was great: abundant, tasty, and varied. However, the pool and gym are out of use indefinitely (something not mentioned on Hotels.com). Another thing: My fridge was kept well-stocked with bottled water. But this water is not complementary: you are billed for this water on check-out, as part of the "taxes and services" . Nowhere in the room does it say this water is not complementary; nor are guests informed of this by reception. While the cost was not excessive, guests should be informed of this in the interests of disclosure.”
