“As a weekly traveler who gets to experience about 2-3 hotels a week. This hotel lands in my top 5!Elegant, luxurious, clean, upscale and basically feeling like a million bucks the moment you walk in.Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Thoughtful about all the small details and makes sure you aren't left with questions.The marble touch in the rooms is really nice and definitely makes the vibes. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were quality. Just to give you an idea, I overslept and arrived late for work the next day.Overall, it is an expensive hotel - and you get what you pay for. Valet overnight is 75$ which is a bit steep, but I guess that's how it is when you're downtown Chicago.Thank you for everything and hoping to come back soon!”
