“Positive points: 1. Amazing view 2. Nice check-in. They kept our luggages since we've arrived early. After hiking they already put our luggages in our room. Negative points: 1. Equipment of the room was disappointing. Plastic coffee cups (even 3 star hotels provide real espresso cups) Entrance light was blinking. So we had to kept turning it off. Terrace door didn't close correctly. Toilet flushing button popped up out. They left a tiny bottle of shampoo and a shower gel for 2 persons. So I had to ask them more. 2. Horrible breakfast Breakfast was not buffet like other hotels. Once we sit, a waiter gave us one plate of ham and cheese(3slices of cheese 3 slices of ham) + bread basket and one small plate of fruit. They had to ask if we wanted coffee or tea but they were so busy to cover all the table. We waited for 10 mins to ask coffee but they didn't come. So I had to go to the bar table in order that they could recognise me. I don't understand why they keep this breakfast system. Either should open buffet breakfast or hire more waiters to cover all the tables. After finishing it, we were still so hungry. The waiter came to us. I thought he would ask if we wanted more food. But he asked us if he could clean the plates. We came out from hotel remaining very hungry.”

“Called on porpuse to know if they had parking spot. They told yes in general Tivoli line and in Sintra-tivoli complex. When I got there they said no parking not even able to use their garage. No "sorry" from front-desk. Beds are terrible. Covid passaport required to enter but no information any were. Completly illegal form of descrimination, Formal complain fullfilled.”
