Siendo sincero... El hotel lleno y sin camastros suficientes. Bajas a las 11am y no había donde instalarse en la alberca. El hotel lleno y poco personal en los centros de consumo, el servicio malo y los meseros cansados o fastidiados con un mal trato. El hotel lleno y solo un lugar para desayunar teniendo opción de abrir más espacios para repartir a los huéspedes. La comida rica y de calidad, la barra libre bien surtida y de calidad.

La playa es horrible, las albercas tienen agua verde y con lama, los pasillos del hotel apestan a pájaros o ratas, la comida no es de primera calidad, ni siquiera los postres están buenos, los meseros de las albercas le dan prioridad a los extranjeros, lo único rescatable es el restaurante AUMA, desde la hostess hasta el cheff ya que no solo te reciben cálidamente, sino que la comida está muy rica. En general durante mi estadía esperaba mejor calidad en todos los aspectos.

Lo bueno... variedad de alimentos, para ser todo incluido la.comida está bien de sabor. Cuartos limpios y amplios.Lo malo... el hotel apesta. Entiendo hay problemas por el sargazo pero es bastantemolesto salir de tu habitación y que huela tan mal... la limpieza de áreas comunes puede mejorar pues siempre se ve sucio. Los meseros brillan por su ausencia. Durante mi estancia ningún solo dia tuve mesero en el área de camastro. Siempre tenia que ir yo por mis bebidas.El hotel es nuevo,bonito pero hay muchas cosas que mejorar

We booked a swim-up pool room and it was great, but the only issue is the noise because these rooms are ground level and located right next to the events area so it was very loud at night. Pools were fantastic, but were often dirty by early afternoons so staff should try to clean more often. Services and food options were fantastic. The gym is well maintained so i was able to use weights & treadmills each day. Food quality is exceptional, but if you're looking for authentic Italian or Asian food, I wouldn't hold my breath. Besides, it is Mexico so I wish there were more authentic local Mexican dishes to try on site, too. I'm not a huge meat eater so there were plenty of vegan or vegetarian options and they even will go above and beyond to make what you want to eat. I brought my 3 year old 6lb dog with me and Hilton does a wonderful job welcoming him, too. The location is perfect for a nice quiet family vacation. Hilton does a great job with security but I was still approached by strangers pretending to be staff members demanding for large cash amounts and there were strangers trying to sell you "items" at the beach level, which I don't know if Hilton can prevent as it may not be their property... it was somewhat annoying, but there are cameras all over the property so Hilton takes care of these disturbances fast to provide customers with a relaxing, safe, and joyful stay. Overall, Hilton exceeded my expectation. I look forward to returning. This is definitely the best family and most pet friendly all-inclusive resort!

We booked an oceanfront room and got a partial ocean room on the side of the building. I didn’t feel like making a big deal. The room itself was not fully clean when we arrived. Trash was in the can, and wash cloths were used laying on the counter. We were very disappointed. We live in a home with a pool, so the last thing we planned for was to only have pool access at the hotel in Mexico. Our beach was filled with seaweed so mostly inaccessible, except for the volleyball and soccer playing areas. I was bored by day 2. While the selections of restaurants were ample, the food selections were just mediocre and limited. The staff was phenomenal. Both indoor and outdoor! They went above and beyond! The bathrooms, while beautiful and somewhat thought out, are not very practical for families because the walls are clear/see through so it doesn’t allow for any privacy! I was relaxed but disappointed. Definitely not worth the expense of traveling to Mexico for a hotel pool. Be aware that construction in the area makes traveling to and fro major touristy sites up to a 2 hr process at least until 2023. Overall, if you’re looking to just spend the day by the pool, this is a great choice but for those looking for beautiful beaches and clear water, stay away. The accommodations are definitely worth the money for people just looking to relax by the pool and in their rooms. Plan out some excursions and touristy things if not looking for poolside activities. They have many activities planned for guests throughout the day if you like that kind of stuff! The shops inside the hotel are overpriced by 200-300% like most so just be aware if you forget anything!

Tiene sus pros y sus contras, aunque encuentro mas cosas buenas:Cosas buenas:-Hotel muy bonito, las instalaciones aunque no son las mas grandes, son muy bonitas. -Te tratan como rey desde el momento que llegas hasta el momento que te vas. -Los restaurantes de reservación (Maxal, Auma, Luce) son verdaderamente muy buenos, comí uno de los salmones más ricos de mi vida en Luce. -Amplio catalogó de bebidas y bartenders muy experimentados. -El evento de la noche mexicana muy divertido y con comida muy rica. -Los puestitos que se ponen durante el día, como el de hamburguesas y el de tacos, están muy ricos y te sirven para quitarte el hambre muy bien. -Los cuartos son muy bonitos y en recepción te facilitan las cosas que necesites. -En las noches te venden puros y demás cosas. -Algunos lugares para tomar snacks como el que está por recepción, está bastante bien. -El restaurante oriental Sunan, está muy rico también.Cosas malas:-El Buffett para cena no es el mejor, es mediocre a lo mucho, para desayuno mejora pero tampoco es el mejor que he comido. -Una noche pedimos cena en el room service y fue verdaderamente mala, una de las pastas 4 quesos más malas que he comido en mi vida. - El proceso para el check in es bastante tedioso y tardado. -No es el hotel para parejas jóvenes o grupos de amigos, es más bien familiar. -A veces faltan meseros en la parte de la alberca. -Los baños de los cuartos que son totalmente transparentes están mal planificados y son incómodos si vas con otra gente. - No hay Netflix en las televisiones de los cuartosentonces si buscas ver alguna película lleva tu computadora. -Los bares de las albercas cierran a la 6, me parece muy temprano. -La playa es muy pequeña.En general tuve una buena experiencia con el hotel lo recomendaría y volvería a ir, solo tiene esos detalles y como lo dije al principio, son más las cosas buenas que las cosas malas

Pues… ¿qué puedo decir? Creo que si no quieres una playa amplia, este hotel es una buena opción, yo la verdad prefiero la de la zona hotelera. La comida en el bufete eran pocas opciones y nada fuera de lo común. Y en los restaurantes, meh!, creo que pueden mejorar, más en el maxal. Las albercas estaban bien, buena vista y el agua muy relajante. En la habitación todo bien y el servicio por parte de todos, fue buena.

Tiene todo para no salir. Es cómodo y sobre todo MUY MODERNO. Nuevo. Pero hay un detalle el personal NO ES AMABLE. Pueden incluso llegar a contestarte. Desde recepción hasta meseros. Es un hotel muy grande y sus llaves digitales fallan. LA ALBERCA ESTA CALIENTE Y PUES NO REFRESCA.

Estávamos em 1300 qualificados no Hilton Cancún em sistema All inclusive...Realmente um verdadeiro paraíso... Local novinho, atendimento da recepção, atendimento do Buffet, opções para alimentação, limpeza do quarto, tudo perfeito...Apenas 2 detalhes que nos aborreceram e que acreditamos que podem ser melhorados...1° Atendimento nos restaurantes (ao invés de reserva presencial, fila etc...) poderia ter a opção de ao baixar o menu que já é via QRCode poder já efetuar a reserva evitando assim que a mesma pessoa possa fazer mais de uma reserva naquela noite (o que acabou tirando a oportunidade de outras pessoas desfrutarem do restaurante).2° tivemos o infeliz incidente de ter $120 dólares furtados do bolso da jaqueta que estava no armário. Conversamos com o Manager, revistaram todo o nosso quarto e nossas coisas inclusive, e após 24h disseram que tudo que poderiam fazer era nos acompanhar até a delegacia cerca de 3hrs de estrada... para fazer um "B.O" que no final das contas não ia dar em nada 😤No mais acredito que tem tudo para ser um destino perfeito de férias...

O Hilton é um hotel extremamente confortável, lindo, luxuoso. Contudo o que mais encanta é o atendimento. Os funcionários sempre bem humorados, prontos para atender, fomos muito bem recebidos. Conforto é bom, mas calor humano é essencial. Parabéns Hilton

Stayed here for our family vacation (traveled w/ a 5 and 13 yr. old) and thought we’d have a pleasant experience based off of past experiences with Hilton.The check-in process alone was a tedious process. It was almost like you were buying a used car! A lot of unnecessary talking!We were told to go to another desk to make our dinner reservation, to be told there were no reservations available. And that’s that we called days before arriving, and was told we couldn’t make any dinner reservations until we were checked in. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the caseThe rooms alone were very nice, spacious, clean and well designed. If this review was solely based on the room itself, I would’ve given it a 5 star review.The food at this “resort” was HORRENDOUS!!! The was nothing to rave around and my kids and I went to bed many of nights just off of nibbling on things from the buffet. The pool side food options were not any better. We thought we’d give room service a try, and waited over 2 hours for our food to be delivered to the room, to be given a plate of food that appeared to re-warmed in the microwave. We thought I was just us, but it appeared a number of guest were disappointed by the room service, but the amount of food left in the hallways.However, the only places we found to be good and fulfilling was Suna (the Asian restaurant) and the grill inside the buffet on seafood night. Everything else was very disappointing. I’d also like to add that the food options for children are nonexistent, as one would think they’d have better food options for children if they’re marketing themselves as a family friendly resort. I saw a number of sad children’s faces, as nothing looked satisfying to them.There was nightly entertainment at the amphitheater that seemed very amateur. After that there was really nothing left to do but go to the bar to have watered down drinks.Although the bar service was spotty, I think they used “magic liquor” as I had several drinks but never seemed to get a buzz.Lastly, the customer service here was also HORRIBLE! The workers had no clue where things were when asked, and even said “I don’t know where that is…I just come straight to my area and start working.”Hilton should have left the “resort” title off of this location and called it a hotel, because this is clearly not a resort. If you’re traveling with your family, I would not recommend this hotel.

If you are looking for a family friendly experience this is the place! They had a great kids pools and water experience. The kids staff were organized and fun! The pool service was great the drinks weren’t always consistent but not a big deal! The food was pretty good and better than most all inclusive resorts. We enjoyed the lattes from the inside sandwich stop! The seaweed right now is pretty intense so we didn’t spend any time at the beach but the pools were great!

Hotel de ótimo nível em todos os sentidos, com funcionários muito atenciosos, respeitosos e caprichosos, excelente cardápio e bem variado. Osúnicos probleminhas foram o check-in e no check-out devido ao excesso de clientes ao mesmo tempo com um pouco de desorganização e sem orientação para os clientes. Seria bom oferecimento de pacotes de turismo oferecidos pelo hotel mesmo que pago, com preços justos e claros.

Mi primera queja sería el check in y el check out. Pésimos tiempos de espera y no te pueden entregar tu factura al terminar. El recepcionista muy grosero no quiso ni siquiera explicarme cómo funciona el servicio de facturación en línea. Al día de hoy no me ha llegado mi factura y nadie me atiende ni me da respuesta en el teléfono del hotel. Me traen en llamada y en espera desde las 7 am. Después sobre la propiedad: definitivamente hay mejores opciones (incluso nacionales). Las bebidas baratas, los centros de consumo cierran muy temprano,no hay una sola medida anti COVID en espacios cerrados y la comida es absolutamente equis. No hay prácticamente nada que te haga conocer un poco de México en sus buffets. Un par de guisados, pero nada más! El aire es excesivamente frío. Tienes que andar en sudadera adentro. El servicio a la habitación tardo en una ocasión hora y media en llegar.

El hotel es nuevo y tiene algunos detalles en los que ya están trabajando, ejemplo el agua se estanca en la bañera y el baño tiene el concepto de ser vidrio sin paredes lo cual no es cómodo si viajas con otras personas.La atención del personal es magnífica, la comida es deliciosa sin duda debes agendar en el restaurante italiano y el de cortes. Ten paciencia si hay convenciones ya que se saturan rápido los restaurantes.Las albercas muy limpias y agua caliente, disfrute mucho quedarme en el hotel considero que el restaurante Suna tiene gran potencial para comensales saliendo de la alberca por su gran cercanía una lástima que no pueda usarse sin estar "seco".Sin duda con ganas de regresar el año que viene a este paraíso.

We loved our trip to Hilton Cancun. The resort was beautiful, and the most family friendly resort we have stayed at. The kids pool was a lot of fun for our 2 year old. Carlos, who was working the pool was absolutely great, he remembered our drink orders, and as he saw us coming up he would get it for us. It was refreshing to have someone who really made our daily poolside trips feel luxurious for the parents. If you have kids, this is a good option. I can't speak to the quiet pool as much, but it seemed fun for those in our party that spent more time there as well.

Difícil encontrar uma forma precisa para elogiar e demonstrar gratidão pelo atendimento, estrutura, comida, cordialidade e tudo mais que esse hotel oferece. Realmente um hotel de sonho!!!

Absolutely amazing! I am Hilton diamond member, so trust Hilton brand, came here not knowing anything about this property, first time to Cancun, just booked the hotel based on the name, it far exceeded our expectations, great food, great service and a beautiful property! Even with dietary restrictions we were able to enjoy food and drinks! Pool is great, kids has lots of fun! If you are looking for relaxing vacation, this is the place to be… Great daily shows and fun activities, you really don’t have to go out or rent a car, just book transportation for the airport transfer (you can do it through Hilton) and come here and enjoy! All restaurants are great, just make sure to reserve on their website as soon as you arrive, but if you don’t you still have lots of other options, Vela is a open buffet where you can eat any time.. Only thing you can complain about is beach, If you are looking for turquoise colour beach, it’s not on this side, you have to in the Cancun hotel zone area.. everything else will exceed your expectations!

So many great things about this all inclusive hotel. All the restaurants were amazing and the room service was life saving after a long day of excursions. The service is top notch everyone was extremely polite and accommodating. The kids club was wonderful. My daughter really enjoyed it they had so many activities to offer and it gives the parents a little time for themselves. The only reason I took one star is due to the conventions they had going on, the breakfast was impacted by this it was not pleasant the people from the convention were rude, pushing my family around and getting in front of the kids trying to get their breakfast. During the night they were loud and obnoxious, Perhaps the hotel can have a special place for the convention guest or at least a separate place for them to enjoy their breakfast as part of their group. Other than this issue everything was amazing from the day we got there to the day we left. The staff are all amazing 🤩 thank you all so much.

Beyond excellent resort, I am a Hilton Honors member and wanted to try this new resort by Hilton. It definitely lives up to the 5 star rating. The food is amazing , the staff is very professional and accommodating, and the ocean front rooms are everything you can ask for. Only complaint is the beach collects a lot of Seaweed throughout the day. I have already rebooked this location for March 2023 my hope is by than they will figure out how to keep the beach clean through the whole day. As I believe this will keep people from booking a return visit as a 5 star resort should not have a dirty beach. I suggest to have two tractors running multiple times a day. Thank you for the awesome vacation and can’t wait to be back in a year.

Es muy lindo, limpio la comida q quieras el licor de buena marca todo espectacular me gustó mucho. Lo recomiendo lo único q el transporte para los extranjeros muy caro. Deberían regular el precio de los taxis $40usd al aeropuerto que queda a 15 mts me parece muy caro.

Ficamos no México dezenas de vezes. Principalmente no trecho Cancun / Playa em 4/5 estrelas com tudo incluído. O Hilton é um resort muito agradável com serviço incrível. A equipe de atividades foi super divertida e prestativa, especialmente Angel, Fer, Victor e Jesus. A equipe de garçons sempre teve uma boa atitude e somos rápidos em ajudar com qualquer coisa que você possa pedir. Apreciei que o lobby não estava cheio de areia e umidade como a maioria dos resorts aqui. Em vez disso, foi um belo bar do lobby que foi relaxante e desconectado da piscina/área de praia. Há uma série de coisas que eles ainda precisam acertar. Não há ganchos suficientes nos quartos (ou nos nossos). Onde você deve pendurar uma toalha ou um vestido? A areia na praia era terrivelmente rochosa. Caso contrário, uma estadia fabulosa que melhorará à medida que eles trabalharem para melhorar.

We’ve stayed in Mexico dozens of times. Mostly in the Cancun / Playa stretch at 4/5 star all inclusive. The Hilton is a very nice resort with incredible service. The activities staff were super fun and helpful, especially Angel, Fer, Victor, and Jesus.The wait staff always had a good attitude and we’re quick to help with anything you could ask for. I appreciated that the lobby wasn’t filled with wet and sand like most resorts here.Instead it was a beautiful lobby bar that was relaxing and disconnected from pool/beach area. There’s a number of things they still need to get right. There aren’t nearly enough hooks in rooms (or any in ours). Where are you supposed to hang a towel or a dress? The sand on the beach was terribly rocky. Otherwise a fabulous stay that will get better as they work to improve.

Foi uma memória e uma experiência maravilhosas para mim e meus amigos. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e a maioria de nós nos cumprimenta todas as vezes no hotel. Não espero que todos façam isso o tempo todo, mas no geral eles nos deixaram uma ótima impressão. Comida lá são ótimas com variedade de opções. Nós amamos especialmente o La Luca (o restaurante italiano) e Chris nos serviu muito bem e respeitamos nosso tradicional Ano Novo Chinês quando visitamos lá todas as vezes. Definitivamente revisitará lá no futuro!

Hoje temos nossa última noite, então achei uma boa ideia deixar um comentário. Eu não sou um grande fã fazendo isso, porque ou é super positivo ou super negativo. Nada no meio. Neste caso está absolutamente acima das minhas expectativas. O serviço é excelente, a qualidade dos alimentos e bebidas são surpreendentes. O nosso quarto era super limpo e não há absolutamente nada a reclamar. Reserve e encontre a paz! Nós voltaremos! Oscar prestou um excelente serviço na piscina! Ele trabalhou tão duro para nos manter felizes e verificava a cada poucos minutos se precisávamos de algo. Ele estava de folga por 2 dias, e sentimos falta dele durante esse período;)

Excelente hotel. No solo la calidad de la comida y del servicio. Sino que las instalaciones son muy lindas. Destaco el servicio de VICTOR en la parte de la pileta “tranquila” y de BERNARDO en el buffet. Los dos siempre nos atendieron muy amorosamente y estaban al servicio de nosotras para cualquier cosa que necesitemos. Volveremos sin duda!!

It was a wonderful memory and experience for me and my friends. Staff there are very friendly and most of us greet us every time in the hotel. I won’t expect everyone do it all the time but overall they left us a great impression. Food there are great with variety of choices. We especially love La Luca (the Italian restaurant) and Chris served us very well and respect our traditional Chinese New Year when we visited there every time. Definitely will revisit there in the future!

Today we have our last night, so I thought it's a good idea to leave a review. I'm not a big fan doing this, because either it's super positive or super negative. Nothing in between. In this case it's absolutely above my expectations. The service is outstanding, the quality of food and drinks are amazing. Our room was super clean and there is absolutely nothing to complain. Book and find peace! We will be back! Oscar provided an outstanding service at the pool! He worked so hard to keep us happy and checked every few minutes if we would need something. He was off 2 days, and we missed him during this time ;)

Resort absolutamente incrível. Tudo incluído! Logo na praia! Ótima comida! Pessoal maravilhosa! Paulo na mesa de Bell era especialmente útil e gentil, mas todo membro da equipe que lidei era profissional, cortês e muito competente. Eu viajo para viver e passo mais de 160 noites por ano de distância de casa e ter feito isso por trinta e cinco anos e este resort é sem dúvida um dos lugares mais bonitos que já fiquei.

Nos encantó el hotel, prácticamente lo estrenamos. Las habitaciones son de gran tamaño, dependiendo del lado que te toque, puedes ver el mar o el manglar, ambas vistas increíbles. La atención del personal es excelente, pero se llevan las palmas: Bernardo y Carlos en La Vela; Gisela y Jorge en la alberca; Luis en Azulinda; Jonathan de Bell Boy,y Montserrat en Recepción. La comida maravillosa en cualquier restaurante; el que más nos gustó fue La Luce. Las hamburguesas de la alberca, buenísimas!!!Sus sistema de reserva para cenar muy bueno. El único pero que le pondría es la nula exigencia en medidas anticovid; la mayoría de los huéspedes no porta mascarilla en ninguna área del hotel, no hay dispensadores de gel, no hay distancia. Vuelvo al hotel? Definitivamente!!! Felicidades!!!!

Can’t say enough good things about the Hilton. Bartenders were top notch and restaurants were good. Although this wasn’t an adults only resort, I would suggest making the pool without the kids area adults only; that being said the kids weren’t a o me bother and the resort seems perfect for families. The gym is excellent and the hotel made it easy (and free) to get a Covid test to return to the USA. I would definitely stay again.

Absolutely awesome resort. All inclusive! Right on the beach! Great food! Wonderful staff! Paulo at the Bell Desk was especially helpful and kind but every staff member I dealt with was professional, courteous andvery competent. I travel for a living and spend upwards of 160 nights a year away from home and have done so for thirty five years and this resort is without a doubt one of the nicest places I have ever stayed.

Incrível resort - comida e serviço de alta qualidade, a equipe foi muito além de amigável e acolhedora. Adorei como tudo é moderno e limpo. As atividades foram muito divertidas - de vôlei a hidroginástica, definitivamente muito o que fazer! Também reservaram massagens, e os massagistas foram profissionais!! Tinha a melhor vista de frente para o mar e apreciava o nascer do sol todas as manhãs! A seleção de bebidas não alcoólicas também foi incrível, o que eu realmente apreciei como não bebedor. Não queríamos sair! Mal posso esperar para trazer a família de volta o mais rápido possível! ❤️

Infelizmente, eu gostaria de ter comentários melhores para este hotel. As comodidades são excelentes e o próprio hotel é lindo, mas a comida e o serviço foram grandes decepções para mim. Os restaurantes de especialidades são ótimos, mas se for almoçar ou jantar no bufê, pense duas vezes antes de fazer isso. Eles eram terríveis. Eles deviam estar com falta de pessoal ou algo assim, porque HORAS se passariam antes que pudéssemos rastrear alguém para pedir comida à beira da piscina. Mesmo assim, quando tentamos fazer isso, eles foram principalmente frios e não muito amigáveis ​​em ajudar. Para ser honesto, foi uma grande decepção. Eu adorei estar lá com minha família e foi ótimo não me preocupar com nada, já que era tudo incluído, mas eu não gostaria de voltar aqui para quaisquer viagens futuras.

O serviço de quarto era bastante limitado à noite, mas delicioso. Apenas uma experiência rude, caso contrário, funcionários muito educados e prestativos.

Me encantaron las atenciones del hotel. Especialmente Miguel Sevilla y Bernardo que me sirvió siempre con muchas atenciones en el buffet de la mañana. Son increíble todos los empleados. La comida es excelente, el sistema que tienen es muy organizado. Definitivamente el mejor resort al que he ido, volveré para la próxima pero esta vez con un grupo de amigas.

What an amazing vacation. The kids corner is a godsend. The girls there are very sweet and attentive. Very special thank you to Paola for her warmth and attention to our son. They have playtime with parents and then drop off time when they do arts and crafts, movies and other fun activities. I also really enjoyed spinning class here with their fitness instructor. The head chef of Hilton gave us an amazing experience at the steakhouse. Well prepared meats, delicious salads and desserts. I would highly recommend trying the beet salad and the cheesecake at the steakhouse. The rack of lamb is also fantastic. Drinks are great and service was wonderful. Would definitely come back again and again.

Beautiful hotel! Stayed over Xmas and NYE with our two teenagers. The NYE party was a blast! The staff, food, vibe, entertainment, pool area, room was all great. Loved the decor. chilaquiles every day. Yum! The salmon and risotto at La Luce was my favorite. Didn’t love the median restaurant for dinner but liked the breakfast buffet and afternoon tacos.

Beautiful hotel! Stayed over Xmas and NYE with our two teenagers. The NYE party was a blast! The staff, food, vibe, entertainment, pool area, room was all great. Loved the decor. chilaquiles every day. Yum! The salmon and risotto at La Luce was my favorite. Didn’t love the median restaurant for dinner but liked the breakfast buffet and afternoon tacos.

My 30th birthday was nothing but amazing I thank you all for treating me and my girls so nice. Daniel (bellman), Javier (bellman), David, Luis, Armando (room service supervisor) Nancy who checked us in. The food and Breakfast was the bomb and house keepingkept our room very clean and nice. We loved everything about the hotel and had an incredible experience/ time. Everything was on point I'll go back !!

Pésima atención por parte del staff, según se comunican entre ellos y cuando llegas con alguien más a preguntar no saben nada... Le pregunté a alguien por un sitio en especial del Hotel y me condujo hasta allá, cuando le pedí que me esperara para que me llevara de regreso su respuesta fue "no, es que ya me cansé" y cuando voltee ya se había ido, de verdad pésimo servicio por parte del personal incluyendo a los de seguridad.

Os funcionários do hotel são simpáticos e realmente me fizeram sentir bem-vindo a partir do momento em que chegamos. Foi um prazer absoluto ficar aqui do início ao fim. São quatro restaurantes e um buffet que, juntos, oferecem uma variedade de refeições. Meu restaurante favorito é o restaurante italiano “La Luce”; o gerente lá, Israel, é tão caloroso, atencioso e cortês que me fez sentir como um convidado VIP. Eu apreciei completamente sua pizza em forno a lenha e peras de vinho tinto! O hotel é novo e os quartos são espaçosos e confortáveis. Tive férias maravilhosas de Natal neste resort. O serviço aqui é ótimo, e há alguns bons bares, restaurantes e shows para entretenimento. Há acesso rápido e conveniente ao teste COVID se você precisar de um teste negativo para voltar para casa. Para restaurantes, eu recomendo o Auma - ele reserva rapidamente, então definitivamente faça uma reserva na primeira noite!As piscinas são boas, mas um pouco lotadas, e parecem um pouco sujas quando as pessoas às vezes jogam seus canudos na água. Para a praia, recomendo pegar o traslado gratuito para a Zona Hoteleira, já que a praia perto deste resort não é tão boa (a areia não é tão fofa, tem muitas algas, não tem muitas ondas). The hotel staff are friendly and really made me feel welcome from the moment we arrived. It was an absolute pleasure staying here from start to finish. There are four restaurants and a buffet which together provide a variety of meals. My favourite restaurant is the Italian restaurant “La Luce”; the manager there, Israel, is so warm, attentive and courteous he made me feel like a VIP guest. I thoroughly enjoyed their wood-fired pizza and red wine pears! The hotel is brand new and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. There are a host of activities on site and we started most days with the outdoor yoga class: watching the sunrise, the moon set, listening to birds chirping and waves crashing; such an incredible start to the day! Pedro Kinil and Andres did an incredible job at poolside service and the days they were looking after us were the best. Ismael Cabrera really stood out in Vela as he always greeted us warmly and I enjoyed our chats. I enjoyed the snorkel excursions on the reef (additional expense) and the complementary kayaking the first few days it was available. It was disappointing when the kayaks were removed. The hotel is located away from the hustle and bustle of Cancun which suited us well; that being said I believe there is a complementary shuttle service.

Had a wonderful Christmas vacation at this resort. The service here is great, and there are some nice bars, restaurants, and shows for entertainment. There is quick and convenient access to COVID testing if you need a negative test to return home. For restaurants, I would highly recommend Auma — it books up quickly so definitely make a reservation the first night!The pools are nice but a little crowded, and feel a bit dirty as people drop their straws in the water sometimes. For the beach, I would recommend taking the free shuttle to the Hotel Zone, as the beach by this resort is not as great (the sand is not as soft, lots of seaweed, not a lot of waves). I also think they could do a better job enforcing masks in common indoor spaces, as lots of people wandered around the lobby without masks on but weren’t stopped by hotel staff.

This resort is on point in every regard with regard to service.The service from Roger at the pool was personal and professional; and the staff in Luce and Auma were delightful too.The staff to guest ratio is on par with a five star resort experience, and exceeded our expectations.In addition, the quality of the food has been above average, with the exception of Sunan which needs a more focused menu design.Pro-tip: for a family of four, book a 1 bedroom king ocean front suite and a connecting two queen ocean front room.This setup was very comfortable for 10 night stay.Pro-tip:all inclusive does not mean all inclusive gratuities.If you want exceptional service, treat the team generously and you will be well taken care of too.

If I can buy I can't believe an expensive All Inclusive powerhouse like Hilton can't get it --- Obviously too cheap to provide to guests, even Diamond Members who They have given Hilton the highest level of business and loyalty !!!). Bathrobes are not allowed, not even for suite guests, AND there are no automatic slippers in the room (had to call). Quedamos completamente enamorados de Hilton Cancun all-inclusive!! La comida excelente , tienen muchísima variedad y muy fresca. Phenomenal place. The All-Inclusive was amazing, the food was great, the views and everything else was incredible. The value for the rate is fantastic, the new feel of the building is great, the privacy of the hotel is amazing. Finally, the staff was friendly, helpful, and extremely fun the entirety of our trip. They also welcomed us, treated us well, and even appreciatively upgraded us when we arrived due to our status with Hilton. I loved this place and we can't wait to return again one day in the future. Highly recommend you try it!

Just came back from an amazing week at this beautiful resort. The food and the friendly, attentive service really stood out compared other 5 star all inclusive resorts I’ve stayed at.The a la carts restaurants were really good. La Luce really stood out for the great food and service. Israel took very good care of us. Even the buffet was well run and constantly cleaned, unlike the sloppy mess I have encountered at other resorts. Had some very good avocado toast through room service one morning too.Spent lots of time enjoying the pool. Yareli and Pedro did a great job suggesting drinks and snacks and making sure we were well taken care off.My boys enjoyed the organized activities, played a ton of volleyball and kayaking, and made a bunch of friends they hung out with throughout our stay.The lobby cafe was a great place to get my daily espresso fix and always got great service from Laura at the lobby bar.The hotel also had a good assortment of nightly entertainment options.I will definitely be back.

Stayed 4 nights the first week of December. Had an incredible stay. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond. Food was excellent at every restaurant and the main buffet. Luis, both David’s and Javier at the lobby bar were all excellent and made great drinks. Alejandro made amazing drinks at the pool bar and Veronica was very helpful. The service we received from Andres at the pool bar by the “chill pool” was the best I’ve ever received. I can’t say enough great things about Andres. He was attentive every moment we were at the pool. Our drinks never ran out and after the first day he remembered us and our routine to anticipate our needs throughout the day during the rest of our stay. I am very fair skinned and while I was napping he moved our umbrella every time so I didn’t get burned. He’s an incredible asset to your team and really made our stay memorable.

I stayed at the Hilton Cancun for 4 days/3 nights and I was beyond satisfied with the rooms, staff, service, quality of food and amenities! It was such a dreamy place to stay and relax. It’s a bit farther away from the hotel zone but they offer a free shuttle there and back in case you want to go explore somewhere else. But this place will definitely give you the much needed R&R you’re looking for without even leaving the resort. My favorite was just getting to know the staff, especially Fernando at the Auma restaurant. He made me and my girlfriends feel extra special and went above and beyond for us. Hard worker and so personable and friendly. I want to come back with my family and even more friends!!!

I’m giving this hotel a 5 stars because of the service, the food, and the accommodations. I’ll start with the food. I’ve been in a few all inclusive hotels and I have to say the food in such hotels was not very impressive, I dare to say average. However, the food at this Hilton was amazing, everything, and I am not exaggerating, my husband says I am picky, I guess I am. The buffet, restaurants and ice cream shop were just great. Tasty, fresh, well presented and varied. Next, service, everybody at the hotel was super nice, from the front desk receptionists up to the bartenders. The hotel facilities are beautiful, it’s a new hotel and you can see it. The infinity pools are beautiful, there’s plenty of space for everybody and there are two different spaces, one more inclusive to families and kids, and the other one more for adults. My husband and I were upgraded to an ocean front room and it was great. The room was spacious, modern, and well stocked. We are already planning to come back. The location: the hotel is not near the Cancun main center, if you want to be there, get a hotel there. If you want to enjoy some relaxing time, then definitely come over here. They do pool aerobics, dance clases at the beach, they have nightly shows and bingo, among other activities. Again, already planning to come back.

If your coming to Cancun this is the hotel to stay at, hands down!

Muy lejos mala organización

This hotel is brand new. In this category of hotel however, it is disappointing and can do better. When we arrived, we were not greeted ( no welcome drink as well, some folks did receive drinks though so it seems inconsistent). We were not given a tour of the facility as well on where things are. Only 2 restaurants does not require a reservation. Only one Auma had great food. Other than 2 folks (Leonardo and forgot the name of the other person), front desk staff need training on how to attend to people. But most importantly, most staff should be trained to not judge people from the color of their skin.

We were there for 3 days to celebrate a milestone birthday with 85 people. This was their second week in operation. The staff were simply amazing and made us feel like celebrities. Special thanks go to Paola, their event manager. She had so much patience to make sure that every little things were taken care of for our celebration. We cannot thank her enough for making our event a great success. The property is OUTSTANDING; with modern lobby and excellent ambience. Food, service, rooms are way beyond our expectation. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for hosting any significant event!!!

Hilton Cancun, an All-Inclusive Resort is a beautiful facility. There were a few minor problems with our brand new room, but I feel that all those will be fixed as the staff becomes aware of them. With any new building, there are little glitches that need to be addressed. The staff was very accommodating and followed safety protocol--always wearing masks. Food and drinks were plentiful!

Beautiful, brand-new resort.While the hotel had just opened and there are always growing pains, we did enjoy our stay!La Luce was excellent! Hi Google Travel: Hilton Cancun. Brand spanking new and lovely, with expansive grounds and pools, and rooms within which you can get lost. Hilton has put a lot of special touches on this, their first Mexican all-inclusive, and it shows. But like every Hilton resort we have experienced, it is the staff that routinely goes the extra mile, and for this (so rare nowadays) we come back. Definitely an eleven on a scale of ten. Kudos to Hilton for breaking the "all-inclusive mode". This is certainly a "notch above". Regards, Charmaine and Stew Leber

Hilton Cancun, an All-Inclusive Resort is a beautiful facility. There were a few minor problems with our brand new room, but I feel that all those will be fixed as the staff becomes aware of them. With any new building, there are little glitches that need to be addressed. The staff was very accommodating and followed safety protocol--always wearing masks. Food and drinks were plentiful!

Depois de um começo difícil, nós realmente gostamos de nossa estadia neste novo Hilton. Chegamos bem cedo na tarde de quinta-feira. Era por volta do meio-dia quando fizemos o check-in, sabíamos que o check-in era às 15h, mas decidimos que apenas aproveitaríamos o resort até que o quarto estivesse pronto. Nós vamos; depois de verificar na recepção várias vezes ao longo do dia, nosso quarto só estava pronto às 19h30, quatro horas e meia após o check-in. Sinceramente, pensei que sendo uma das primeiras pessoas a visitar o hotel, não haveria muitas pessoas lá. Muito pelo contrário. Disseram-me que parte do problema era um grande casamento que ocupava grande parte do hotel. Eu nunca tive que esperar tanto tempo para fazer o check-in no meu quarto, especialmente em um Hilton. Dito isto, o resto da estadia foi ótima. A equipe foi super amigável; o hotel era lindo; e a comida era fantástica. Acabamos nos divertindo muito e estaremos de volta, mas com sorte não teremos que esperar quatro horas para conseguir o quarto. Por outro lado, parece que apenas cerca de metade do hotel está pronto e aberto, alguns dos locais mencionados no site ainda não estão abertos, como o restaurante de sushi. Além disso, certifique-se de fazer reservas para o jantar assim que fizer o check-in, você não poderá comer na maioria deles sem uma reserva para o jantar.

Equipe fantástica; belos jardins, vistas e amenidades. Quarto confortável e amplo! Teria dado 5 estrelas se o problema de manutenção tivesse sido resolvido mais facilmente. Mas, em sua defesa, eles estavam abertos há apenas três dias. Tenho certeza de que tudo ficará perfeito em algumas semanas.

The rooms are clean, very comfortable & Spacious, and the staff was amazing. They are extremely accommodating. The staffs are going over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The service is exceptional. I highly recommend Hilton Cancun - All Inclusive for anyone visiting.

Fantastic staff; beautiful grounds, views and amenities. Comfortable, large room! Would have given 5 stars if the maintenance issue had been resolved more easily. But in their defense, they had only been open for three days. I am sure they will get everything perfect in a couple of weeks.

My wife and I spent four nights at the Hilton Cancun All Inclusive in early November. We had an amazing stay at the resort which is absolutely stunning! The staff went above and beyond in making us feel welcome and ensuring we had a wonderful experience. Alejandra, the Guest Relations Manager, was phenomenal - very genuine and attentive over our entire stay! All of the restaurants were wonderful and kudos to Michel, the Executive Chef and his entire team! Each meal from breakfast to dinner was excellent and such a great experience! We particularly loved La Luce, the Mediterranean restaurant which is definitely a favorite amongst guests. A special shout-out to all of the staff at the front desk, restaurants and bars - they truly did an outstanding job and just a pleasure to be around. We came to know many by their first names (which was common for the other guests as well). We are definitely planning another trip w family and friends to the Hilton Cancun and look forward to seeing all the wonderful people again who made our experience so very special and memorable!

This was a new resort; had only opened 2 days before we arrived. Still some minor issues to work through. The staff was absolutely amazing and they went far above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best possible experience. The food was better than any other all inclusive I've been to, and I appreciated that Michele (the head chef) came around and introduced himself to the customers. I saw him many times throughout our stay, either in the kitchens making sure the food was right, or in the dining rooms making sure the guests were being taken care of. The bartenders and servers were attentive and the premium alcohol was much appreciated. The desk clerk, Leonardo, went out of his way to find a toothbrush for me (I had forgotten mine at home) and since there was no gift shop (and the resort is far out of town) he actually bought one for me and left it at the desk the next day. Truly a lifesaver! The concierge arranged some great excursions for us, and texted me to make sure we had been dropped off and picked up at the correct locations. All of the staff were so friendly and so focused on making sure the guests were taken care of. The reasons I didn't give 10 stars are pretty minor. No real night life (dancing, etc), no gift shop (yet), and the filtered water stations were not hooked up yet. In general it was very cold in the lobby and restaurants due to the air conditioning. This will be a great resort once everything is finished; I highly recommend!

After a little bit of a rough start, we really enjoyed out stay at this new Hilton. We arrived fairly early on Thursday afternoon. We were greeted at the hotel with a welcome drink and very friendly staff. It was around noon when we checked in, we knew check in was 3pm, but we figured we’d just enjoy the resort until the room was ready. We were informed our room would be ready in about two hours. Well; after checking at the front desk several time throughout the day, our room wasn’t ready until 7:30pm, four and a half hours after check in time. I honestly thought being one of the first people to visit the hotel that there wouldn’t be many people there. Quite the opposite. I was told part of the problem was a huge wedding that took up much of the hotel. I’ve never had to wait that long to check into my room, especially at a Hilton. That being said, the rest of the stay was great. The staff was super friendly; the hotel was beautiful; and the food was fantastic. We ended up having a great time and will be back, hopefully we won’t have to wait four hours to get out room though. On another note, it looks like only about half of the hotel is finished and open, some of the places mentioned on their site are not open yet, such as the sushi restaurant. Also, make sure you make reservations for dinner as soon as you check in, you won’t be able to eat in most of them without a dinner reservation.
