“É uma bela instalação que sofreu com o período de fechamento durante a pandemia. Precisaria de alguma manutenção.No geral, o julgamento ainda é muito positivo.Os quartos são confortáveis e limpos, as camas são confortáveis, o guarda-roupa embutido é grande, os artigos de toalete são bons.Excelente hospitalidade.Localização excelente e central, perto do metro A paragem Ottaviano.A uma curta distância do Castel Sant'Angelo, da Basílica de São Pedro e do Vaticano.Muitos lugares para restauração.Área comercial para compras.Eu acrescentaria que os quartos são silenciosos e que o ar condicionado é eficiente e ajustável de acordo com as preferências de cada um.O terraço onde é servido o pequeno-almoço é muito agradável.Uma boa nota sobre a hospitalidade: eles me perguntaram como eu queria o croissant no café da manhã (Teriam encomendado especificamente na pastelaria para oferecer um produto fresco e de boa qualidade)Achei muito apreciável esse gesto de atendimento ao cliente em um pequeno detalhe.”

“Pretty basic hotel in the very close proximity walking distance to Vatican. Location is great without a doubt, loved the rooftop breakfast in the morning and bar in the evening. There is one very memorable worker name Laura who served us breakfast in the morning who really deserves a praise- very nice , friendly, helpful and polite lady . Only give 5 stars because of her , other then that not sure why it’s a 4 star hotel , feels more like 3 .
