Wonderful stay , beds are very comfortable,rooms are clean and well thought out. Everything I didn't bring is there . Checking in online ,then going to the desk and getting my key was awesome. No waiting. Thank you 😊 One little change to my review. Parking up front and close should be for guests staying longer than a few hours. First of all I would give 0 stars if I could. We stayed here because our 6m old baby was having surgery at Duke and this was the closest hotel. When we booked the room through the reservations dept we were told we would be upgraded to a suite with a kitchenette and have access to all of their amenities (everything is closed due to COVID). When we got there we were put in a "deluxe" room with the smallest mini fridge known to man, and no microwave which is ridiculous because we brought a bunch of groceries to last us the week.. The front desk workers told my husband that the reservations dept be lying and when he spoke to a manager they said that the third party company has misinformed other customers about bookings/amenities and there was nothing they could do to upgrade us to the suite we were promised. We stayed for a week, and decided to stay one extra night. On our last day at 2am my husband got a notification that Millennium Durham tried to charge his bank $11,000+. There was also an invoice under our door with the charges for our $73/night for a week and then $10,000 (plus tax and occupancy tax) for the extra night we decided to stay. The total was $11,935.12. The manager said it was a computer error. Between the f^ck up in the reservations dept and the "accidental" over charge for our last day on top of the stress of our baby having surgery I will never stay any Millenium hotel or recommend it to anyone I know. Just ridiculous.

Musty smell throughout building. Web site stated breakfast was available at cost and when we arrived we were told no breakfast. I understand about COVID. However other hotels in the area have package breakfasts.Bed was comfortable room was clean.

Conseguimos um bom quarto a um preço muito bom durante a pandemia. Muito conveniente para Duke, Target e muitos bons restaurantes. O lugar estava quase vazio, mas por outro lado bom. A equipe da frente foi excepcionalmente amigável.

We got a good room at a very good price during the pandemic. Very convenient to Duke, Target and lots of good restaurants. The place was mostly empty, but otherwise fine. The front staff was exceptionally friendly.

Pros: Close to Duke, very inexpensive. Comfy beds. Good water pressure in the showers. Good climate control of individual rooms. We used the heat and the A/C at various points during our stay. Cons: We had to request our own replacement toiletries, coffee pods, cups, and towels as needed. Quiet area, but thin walls.

Stilo h muy limpioh buena atención

The hotel looked the part on the outside, but inside the rooms some details were missed. No microwave in the room, the outside window was dirty, the carpet was a little worn in the hallways. The lawn and other area where parking was available was not as attended to as I would have expected based on the initial entrance of the hotel. The front desk was courteous and we made it work....just expected more is all.

I really love this hotel. The staff is so cool, friendly, and helpful. The rooms are really nice. The pool is open and indoor. It's so rare to find such a nice hotel at this price point. It's a great deal and I will definitely be spending more time there.

I made a reservation 5 days in advance for a room with double beds, when we arrived at the hotel we were informed that there is no double bed rooms left, I fail to understand this they took my reservation and my cc yet they sold the room. Next the room was ice cold we had to go to the car and get jackets, then there was one pillar for the two of us, so I went to the desk and asked for pillars, and was informed that the hotel has a shortage of pillars and there was none for us. Next we did look in to the bathroom that night, but in the morning we found one wash cloth, one tea towel and one bath towel for the two of us. You certainly are running a last class hotel. And last but not least the desk clerk could care less, when I complained he gave me directions to Days Inn.

I had a great experience with the hotel's staff, and the rooms are exceptionally clean. Unfortunately, the walls are paper thin with minimal sound proofing. I had to unplug the phone in the room because it kept blinking red lights. The A/C unit kept cycling every so often and because I am a light sleeper that would wake me up. I got maybe a few hours of sleep over a 10 hr period. Overall, for the price it was good but they could really do something to try and make it more amenable to people who don't sleep through hurricanes. That being said, the bed itself was very comfortable and the pillows were nice and fluffy and not your motel 6 wafer thin variety. The shower was delightfully hot and the towels were plentiful. The staff was helpful and kind and that goes a long way. The only drawback is the ability to actually sleep. But everything else was very much of high value.
