“I did a group booking at this hotel for a student organization. It was in a great location downtown, and it was a great price for college students! Rooms were clean, but small. When we arrived, our keys were waiting for us at the front desk and there was a hand written thank you waiting in the room! (I'm assuming because it was a group booking.)”

“Location is very good with plenty of restaurants and a convenience store nearby. Many major attractions are only a short cab/Uber ride away. The room itself was of a decent size, but overall the hotel was somewhat rundown and not well kept. The staff was friendly though and housekeeping did a good job. Given what we paid a night, this is about what I expected for the convenience of being in downtown Chicago.”
