“I thought this been a Marriott, my family and I could trust the service would begood, and this isn't cheap either. They have only 2 washing machines and 1 dryer, which are always full. The hotel is full, which is normal at this time a year, but they have only one elevator working. The breakfast area was fine yesterday, but they took the extra space out, so we have to wait to seat and eat breakfast. Internet connections in hotels are a drag, but they tend to work, here it doesn't even have Internet connection. Room service always forgets something. The room is big enough, but twin beds for the price? We're big people, and one of us is sleeping in the couch. Really! I have 7 days more here, and I wish I could change hotels, but this is a prepaid trip. Trusting Marriott again? Not really.”
