“No French speaker ! What ? Are we really in Switzerland?
Electric curtains down during day and up at night time. No option to change it. What a non sens. No room service after 9pm. So what’s the point of providing a room service ? So swiss 😂!
Not easy to get WiFi. Looks like we have to deserve it.
Otherwise like every swiss hôtel : stark, expensive, not charming but let say that’s ok. We were not looking for a lovely place ;)

“Stayed here during a heat wave. The air conditioning in the hallways and common areas is fine, but the air conditioning in the rooms does not effectively cool the room down. I had hoped it was just my room, but it turns out many other people attending for the same conference have the exact same issue. They are handing out fans at the front desk, but those are just circulating increasingly hot air. It might be a nice hotel for fall/winter/spring, but it's miserable in the summer.”
