Loved the ocean view that we had. I loved that you can't access other floors because your card is only coded for your floor only. I think that they should get their own shuttle to go too places like the other hotels do but overall it's a great place.

I have been in 3 hotels in 3 weeks and all in Maryland, all 4 stars. This hotel offered no service loading or unloading, and with how this place was designed with no parking... it truly is a task to find a spot within 500 yards of lobby entrance to unload. Don't let your wife go here alone! They also need to post on website mask requirements since it is different than the rest of the State of Maryland. When I entered the lobby to check in, my first time ever coming inside... I was hollered at to put a mask on. No indication of required mask posted, and apparently vaccinations mean nothing. Just scream at the guest is current policy. I would never stay at this facility ever again. Premium dollar spent, less than marginal received. Very dangerous area on waterfront after dark!

Brunch was kind of a hit and a miss, this time here. The starters were good even though I had to ask for the wings to be cooked harder. We both enjoyed our drinks. I had a peach Bellini and he had some type of punch. The steak entre was good even though the eggs were weird. I ordered the chicken and waffles and had to ask for my waffle to get remade since it was burnt and the chicken also could have been cooked a little longer. Our waiter was helpful and got us right if we weren't satisfied.

This was such a great place to stay. It is perfectly situated on the harbor. I would recommend staying in a room with a view but any room is nice. The staff was very helpful and friendly from start to finish. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because covid restrictions didn't give me the full experience of the hotel. I will definitely return.

Really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very clean the staff was very friendly and professional. The hotel sits feet away from the harbor and is surrounded by shops and restaurants. Parking is around the corner at a private garage and parking is $20 daily, that was one of the reasons we gave it 4 instead of 5 stars, but that wasn't too bad. Only down side was the whole time we were there only 1 elevator was working and there is no option to take the steps. The food at the bar and brunch was absolutely delicious. The view from our room was beautiful and the television displayed a nice greeting with my name which was cute and personal.

Due to covid there was no valet parking so we had to park in the big parking garage and walk , i would say 2 blocks to the hotel ... no biggie because we only packed for overnight but glad it wasn't...
