Cathy Cooper, manager:, You have an absolutely wonderful staff! Everyone that we have interacted with has been pleasant, engaging and helpful. Jeffrey Cortez gave extra time and energy directing us to walkable restaurants. He stood out in the rain with me and gave excellent instructions and reviews. He them helped me arrange a ride to the airport for a 6 AM flight, a 4 AM pick up. Throughout at all, he was all smiles and willing to go the extra mile. Kathy, your breakfast cook produced a wonderful meal. More importantly, she kept the serving stations clean, organized and well-stocked. I watched her work while sipping my coffee. She never stopped making things pleasant and appetizing for us. While gathering ice, I overheard a conversation with a guest and your third floor housekeeping team. The guest had created a bit of a water mess. Your team members could not have been more gracious. They even offered to come in and change her shower curtain. The guest left relieved and pleased. Please tell your team that we appreciate their excellent work!

We didn’t wind up staying here but I feel the need to leave a review based on the customer service. We called Hilton to mage our reservation which I guess was a huge mistake and we should’ve called the hotel directly….lesson learned!We reserved a handicap room with a roll in shower. When we arrived they did not have one available (There are only two of those rooms in the entire hotel). The woman at the counter jumped through hoops to make it right and got us a handicap room at the Homewood Suites next door. She even refunded us our points for the stay.I can’t say enough how she made the end of a super long drive just a little bit brighter. Thank you! It is very difficult traveling and being mobility challenged. She really went above and beyond.

We stayed at this Hampton Inn because our daughter had a medical emergency. Each staff member was beyond kind and caring. All areas were clean and well maintained. And the pool was lovely. We stayed for two weeks until our daughter was released from the hospital.

Cheguei a este hotel por volta das 21h. Eu pensei que estava no Hampton Inn correto. Eu estava errado. A equipe atrás da mesa... Eric, Jeff e, claro, a bela dama com pele linda resolveram meu problema. Eles ligaram para o outro hotel e resolveram tudo o que eu poderia ficar neste hotel esta noite. I arrived at this hotel around 9 pm. I thought I was at the correct Hampton Inn. I was wrong. The team behind the desk…Eric, Jeff and of course the beautiful lady with gorgeous skin solved my problem. They called the other hotel and sorted everything out that I could stay at this hotel tonight. Great attitudes, super commitment, and all this as they were learning the new Hilton software. I will be staying here from now on!!! This is the sort of environment I love to support.

First time here. Extremely convenient to shopping, restaurants, markets and other attractions. Hotel staff are professional and friendly. Rooms are extremely clean and fresh. Full hot daily breakfast included.

Cathy at the front desk was wonderful and the lady doing the breakfast area was excellent too. Room was small but clean and beds were very comfortable. I really appreciated the secure safety bar installed in the bathtub.
