AMAZING EXPERIENCE..close to the airport and party scene and shopping. Seamless check in . Super clean. Great food .the massage at the spa was awesome I recommend Williams. Service was above and beyond. Great entertainment. Beach was clean and beautiful although getting a lounge chair at this resort is difficult. The quality of this place is just awesome and I travel to Mexico frequently.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful the Zilara Cancun. Every member of the staff wasn't just pleasant, but made great strides to make the experience memorable. We asked for a specific tequila the bar did not have... so the bartender had a bottle of Jose Cuervo sent to our room! There was entertainment every night and the food options (six were part of the all inclusive experience) were fantastic. That being said, my favorites were the Mexican cuisines and the buffet. There are a number of excursions that aren't part of the all inclusive price, but this leads to the biggest draws... the pool is great, with poolside lunches, parties and games. I loved being by the sea the most though. I can say, after walking up and down the coast a mile or so in both directions, that Hyatt Zilara had the prettiest stretch of surf and sand. We can't wait until our next opportunity to visit.

This was the second time my wife and I have stayed at the Zilara and it was fantastic. The staff is exceptionally nice and go out of their way to ensure you enjoy your stay. We paid extra for the romantic dinner on the beach, which was worth the money. We were served the biggest lobsters I have ever had in my life. The other restaurants all had great food and service and best of all: you don't need reservations! I would highly recommend Hyatt Zilara to any adults traveling to the Cancun area.

We had a wonderful stay the past 5 days. Fernanda our butler was amazing... she assisted with everything we asked and needed. Very quick to respond. The service was amazing, clean rooms and loved all the places to eat! We will definitely be back! Great customer service! Great memories made!

Wow!! I am so impressed with Hyatt Zilara! Everything was perfect. Our housekeepers cleaned our room so well that it felt brand new. The food and drinks are high quality and there are tons of options for even the most picky eaters. Most importantly, the staff is so so kind and attentive. The level of service we received is unmatched. Kudos to the Hyatt Zilara team for making our experience flawless. You are so good at what you do!

We booked A five day stay at this resort back in January and we were not disappointed! The service was simply fabulous from every individual that we encountered at the resort. The food was very good and the restaurants on site exceeded all our expectations. No need for us to even go off site to eat during our stay. We wanted to stay at the Zilara because it was only several doors down from a hotel we honeymooned at 15 years ago. Unfortunately that small boutique hotel is no longer in existence. We probably won’t be back due to the fact we like to try new experiences but if you’re looking for a great place to stay this is the place!

Love this place! Definitely a home away from home. First class service and attention. We have been to the Hyatt Zilara Cancun 10+ times and are going to keep coming here. I highly recommend this resort to anyone who wants to be pampered and taken care of when on vacation. I can not say enough about our excellent experiences with the Hyatt Zilara Cancun!

Been here 5 times and this one was not up to par. First, I got charged $1,900 prior to our stay which I thought was a deposit, then the full $2700 at check in. They said I am getting refunded but it will take 21 days? Our A/C in the room was out 1.5 days and we had a slow water leak from our ceiling onto the bed. One of the main restaurants was closed 2 days. A tropical storm hit mid stay and that's not the resorts fault, but water was leaking all throughout the interior of the resort. Will give it another shot because the staff is great, but expect better for almost $500/night.

Staff is amazing and friendly. Great service. Nice beach.Cons: Room can use some updating. Food especially in Mexican! Restaurant has NO flavor. No spices. Guacamole was literally only avocado without any spices or salt. So food can use some flavor and spices at all of the restaurants. Impossible to relax anywhere during the day. Loud DJ music is blasting at the pool. There’s no escape from it. You can hear it on the pool, beach and in your room. So it’s more of a party scene not really relaxing place

We had a really nice stay at Hyatt Zilara. It was a great getaway with an amazing ocen view room! The hotel itself is not the newest but the staff is making sure to keep it clean. Especially now during the pandemic, everything is being cleaned and sanitized often. We felt very safe. The food is very tasty. The beach is the best one we ever went to and is kept really clean. Big shout out to Ivan and Ricardo!

My stay was amazing. Beautiful rooms with ocean views & balcony. Top shelf liquor in room. Gorgeous beds on a white sandy beach. Entertainment, amazing pool area, plenty of places to eat, prompt professional room service. Night pool parties with foam. Le Blanc gives it a run for the money, with cleaner architecture & atmosphere. But Zilara has a hidden gem that steals the show in my view. The cherry on top is Chef's Plate!. Make sure to call ahead & make reservations to one of the finest dining experiences you will ever have. That is coming from a foodie that has been to a myriad of top rated restaurants including Eleven Madison in New York City. Will be posting my photos & review separately. Impressive restaurant. Two incredible Chefs working in tandem, sensational dishes, desserts with shaved 24K gold. Superb flavors, dish presentation, service & incredible wines to match. Loved it 🌷

Fabulous hotel. Their customer service is second to none. Every need is anticipated. The beach is amazing and the spa us lovely. They have a lap pool which is a must for me. The room is comfortable and has a large hot tub with jets.

The facility is gorgeous! There was always someone cleaning everything from floors to ceilings and columns all the cabanas. The service was excellent. Everyone was extremely polite and helpful. Our only complaint is the food. There are many options at the resort however we found every food we ate to be bland. It is the only issue we had. So next time we will have to go in to town to eat.

Wife and I stayed 6 nights, would have rated 5 stars but they put us in the wrong room then after we get unpacked and going to eat, they told us we had to move to another room. The room was a little warmer than we like at night. The staff there is really great, the accommodations are wonderful and we were treated great. The food options are wonderful and the drinks were too. Top shelf liquor was included. Pool area and beach is outstanding. We would recommend going here.

This was our second time here and the food, drinks, and service were EXCELLENT just like the first time. The room was very clean and housekeeping did a great job of cleaning at least twice a day! The beach is beautiful and clean. Every staff member is very nice and accommodating. There was also something going on for entertainment. I really enjoyed the Halloween party they had when we go here. The only complaint I have is that I noticed since the last time we were here 3 years ago, the pool needs renovated and do do some other parts og the resort. You can see the tile needs fixed due to a lot of chipping and so does the paint. Overall I love this place and plan to come back again!
