“Terrible and unorganized service! I decided to make present for my friends. So I booked and paid for their room for the weekend. 1. Hotel meet them with information that they don’t have any bookings. After my calls to the office, they find this booking and payment. But me and my friends already were in an uncomfortable situation. 2. After my friends flight was canceled, I called to the office to book and pay for 1 night extra. And they told me, that they don’t have any payments for the room of my friends🫣🤯 3. Thank you so much for ruining my present with uncomfortable situation. I won't be surprised if you ask my friends to pay for everything again😅 Never again! Thanks”

“Having stayed at the Grand Hotel Açores Atlântico in Ponta Delgada, I can say that it is a great hotel with a lot of positive aspects. The location is ideal, with stunning views of the ocean and easy access to nearby attractions. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The only downside was that some aspects of the decor and furnishings felt a bit dated and in need of refreshing. The service at the hotel was generally good, with friendly and helpful staff. However, there were a few instances where it felt like the service was a bit slow or disorganized, especially during peak times. The hotel's amenities were excellent, with a beautiful pool area and a well-equipped fitness center. The breakfast buffet was also quite good, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Overall, I would recommend the Grand Hotel Açores Atlântico to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Ponta Delgada. While it's not perfect, the hotel's many positive aspects make it a solid choice for travelers. I would rate it a 4/5.”

I can recommend this hotel, we enjoyed staying here. Amazing meals in the restaurant, clean, classy and big rooms with balcon, friendly and smiley staff, wide selection for breakfast with a view to the harbour, londiner who brings the car for you out of the garage, you just need to jump in the car and go explore. Small nice surprises from the housekeeping (chocolates, evening prep, fill up free water and coffee&tee) Receptionist even found a nail salon for me that is open on easter monday (had a nail accident). Pool is also nice, a great evening activity after a long day. Hotel was in a central location right by the harbour.

Been to this hotel twice in 2022 and I say I liked it more in the Summer. Last time we were there there was no couples bed (requested in the reservation) I miss the coffee machine we had in the Summer but it's not a deal breaker for me. Room has a mini fridge and. There is a little grocery store near by if you want some snacks. Cleaning crew is fantastic and very accomodating. Ask the receptio. If you need help and they will always try to assist

A perfect hotel for a wonderful vacation in Sao Miguel. Great location for all the site seeing at Ponta Delgda. The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel and the room were always clean and neat. A delicious and varied breakfast. The Restaurant and Bar are excellent.
