“I was relatively pleased with my experience until I had I left and checked my bank account to see that a total of $350 had been taken from my account in increments over the duration of our stay, even though my friend and I had paid in advance for our stay. When I called to ask what had happened I was told that there was a ‘glitch’ and I would get my money back after some time. I am currently travelling and can not afford to lose this money for any amount of time. I was offered absolutely no compensation or apology by the hotel as they could not understand how this was a problem.”
