“My wife and I have stayed at Arlo in Soho many times and have generally really enjoyed our stays. This time, however, there was one incident that really marred the trip. The first night we went to the restaurant, Lindens, and were in the bar relaxing and having an appetizer. The drinks and the food were fine, but there were two women seated at the bar less than ten feet away who made the experience unbearable. They were talking loudly, which was okay, but then they would suddenly erupt with screaming laughter or shouting and it was literally jarring. And this happened many, many times throughout the entire time we were there. And mind, this was early in the evening and the bar wasn't even crowded. We complained to one manager who immediately spoke to one of the women and asked her to tone it down. However, they continued to be as loud as before. After continuing to suffer, I found a manager, Matt, and spoke to him. I explained the situation and said that we were trying to relax and enjoy ourselves and these two women were making it impossible. He responded that they were "trying to enjoy themselves as well." I couldn't believe his response. If you look at the menu of Lindens, it appears they are trying to be more high-end and with that one would expect a better ambiance. For the manager to basically insult me after making a reasonable complaint was really unacceptable. We then spoke with a director, named Anthony, who was more conciliatory and apologized, but still nothing changed. After that night, we didn't go to the restaurant or bar for the duration of our stay, and it really left a bad impression on us. As I mentioned, we always enjoyed staying at Arlo, but we were very disappointed by this incident.”

O hotel é novinho e tudo tem cheiro de novo . Colchões e roupa de cama e banho super confortáveis . A decoração do hotel é bem moderna e de bom gosto , o que me agrada muito. Os quartos sao pequenos mas extremamente funcionais , tudo muito bem pensado para trazer conforto aos hóspedes . O piso é de ceramica e não carpete o que trás mais facilidade de higiene e menos problemas para quem é alérgico como eu.

I was relatively pleased with my experience until I had I left and checked my bank account to see that a total of $350 had been taken from my account in increments over the duration of our stay, even though my friend and I had paid in advance for our stay. When I called to ask what had happened I was told that there was a ‘glitch’ and I would get my money back after some time. I am currently travelling and can not afford to lose this money for any amount of time. I was offered absolutely no compensation or apology by the hotel as they could not understand how this was a problem.

Eu praticamente amei tudo no hotel. Instalações modernas, quarto espaçoso com uma casa de banho muito boa, design elegante e vista agradável. Além disso, o distrito é um dos melhores de Manhattan, com apenas uma pequena caminhada de Tribeca, Greenwich Village e Soho. Na próxima vez em NY vou considerar ficar novamente lá.

This hotel is absolute perfection! The common areas in the lobby and work space are beautiful and clean. The restaurant is delish as well and their bar is the perfect stop for a quick cocktail or a date!I felt very welcomed and accommodated by their staff, especially Shanely!She got us a perfect room facing the city and even upgraded us to a king bed. Our stay was 10/10 because of her! Although the rooms are a little small, the space is utilized well and perfect for 2 people. Cozy is probably a better adjective to use! ;)We will absolutely be coming back on our next trip! Thank you for everything Arlo Soho!

A very strange hotel.It sells itself as a boutique experience, but under delivers.A reserved a room with a terrace.The rooms themselves are quite small, but what is really strange are thr design choices. Showers are oddly positioned so as to flood the bathroom floor, for instance. The bed was a Murphy Bed...not exactly uncomfortable...but definitely not luxurious or overly comfy either. It is a strange choice as I'm not sure how many people would choose to lift the bed...after all there is no furniture to lounge with a group if you did.Finally, on my floor the hallway was filled with room service trolleys.Again, a strange way to great guests as they exit the elevators.

I practically loved everything in the hotel. Modern facilities, spacious room with a very good bathroom, elegant design and nice view. Also the district is one of the best in Manhattan with just a little walk away to Tribeca, Greenwich Village and Soho. Next time in NY I will consider staying again there.

Rooms were small. A few times we requested things such as extra towels and they said they would bring them but they never did. We were told our bags would be brought up to the room but they weren't. I had to go back downstairs and find them. The rooms were smaller than I feel the picture shows, at least the king rooms. There is no private bathroom in the room. Windows weren't sound proofed, could here traffic all night.
Everything else was fine.

Perfection in a tiny package. Rooms are minimalist but have everything one could need. Common areas are beautiful and spacious. Attention to detail is evident throughout. The rooftop bar and staff are incredible. Linden's offers the best food and service. Six stars!

Primero los productos que llegaban de Amazon, la gente del hotel se hacía la sota y ante la consulta por ellos, "no los encontraba", hasta que uno le pasaba el número de seguimiento de Amazon y de casualidad aparecían.Sobre el final, recapacitaron sobre sus prácticas y la relación fue más fluida y amena.El hotel muy lindo.

Estuve 6 noches en el hotel, 5 en la habitación de la segunda planta que hace esquina con la calle detrás, y cuando regrese de D.C estuve otra noche más. Es llamativo el diseño pero en las habitaciones nada prácticos. La habitación de la segunda planta tiene el lavamanos fuera del baño! Como si fuese un hostal. Nada funcional esa opción... Luego la habitación del último día está si tenía el lavamanos dentro del baño. En cuanto al baño son o de puerta de cristal, corredizas y otra abatida, mal diseñadas, las cuales tienen espacios sin cerrar y cuando vas al baño el olor y ruidos se escuchan en la habitación y luego todo huele mal. La habitación de la segunda planta es muy ruidosa, todo lo de la calle se escucha dentro y también suena mucho el aire acondicionado. El aire acondicionado ruidoso, cada vez que se enciende y se apaga es como si tirasen una puerta de metal, y nunca para de hacer ese ruido. El jabon es super agresivo, me causó alergia severa e irritación en la cara y se me quemó y seco toda la piel. Horrible. La persona que limpia, pues de los 5 días, me limpio solo una vez la habitación y no limpio ni aspiro el suelo ni nada. Un poco fría la atención en la recepción y entre ellos hay una chica que no atiende nada bien. Así que ha sido decepcionante la calidad, atención, y la habitación que nos dieron el primer día para tantos días que estuvimos ahí.

Cuando la idea de lo cool le gana al servicio básico de un hotel! Las partes sociales del mismo están bien y muy bien ambientadas, los que atienden son sumamente amables....PERO, los cuartos son la anti funcionalidad, pequeños, camas pequeñas, sin placares ni espacio para dejar las valijas, toilettes de vidrio en un cuarto de 14 metros cuadrados? Con lavabo exterior? Realmente un desperdicio el mundo debe legislar para que esto no sea Hotel, podría ser hostal pero es tremendamente incómodo, engorroso y anti funcional

Un hotel moderno, decorado con buen gusto y muy limpio. Ademas, tanto la cama como las almohadas son muy cómodas.El personal ha sido muy amable desde el primer momento, te hacen sentir como en casa.La ubicación es muy buena, en el barrio de Soho, con paradas de metro cercanas, restaurantes y mucho ambiente nocturno (muy seguro).Lo recomiendo!!A modern hotel, decorated with good taste and very clean. In addition, both the bed and the pillows are very comfortable.The staff has been very friendly from the first moment, they make you feel at home.The location is very nice, in the neighborhood of Soho, with subway stops nearby, restaurants and a lot of nightlife.I recommend it!!

El hotel es divino, muy moderno y con un diseño super cool. El área común es genial, tipo co-working lleno de sillones y mesas de laburo con enchufes y buen wifi. Las habitaciones son super lindas pero ínfimas en cuanto al tamaño, no hay espacio ni para abrir la valija en el piso. El baño es con puerta corrediza por lo cual no da nada de privacidad. La atención del personal fue muy amable y la ubicación estuvo muy bien porque íbamos a trabajar por ahí cerca, si no creo que no la elegiría.

Fui al rooftop bar. Esta bien situado el patio para ver el resto de la ciudad. Era muy lindo poder ver el anochecer aquí y la puesta del sol sobre el río. Hay bastante muebles cómodos y limpios. El servicio en el bar fue rápido y el cóctel que me prepararon estaba rico. El cóctel costó $18. Estaba lleno de gente joven pero no tantísimo que se sentía uno como si no pudiera moverse.
