“It's my first time to visit Armenia and my experience was the best. The room is very comfortable. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. The food they served for breakfast was very delicious.”

“This hotel is not at all recommended if you are looking for a longer stay as they have very bad house keeping and hospitality services. The hotel is located very near to Republic square and in the middle of the city. The most disappointing factor of this hotel is the staff is not properly trained and doesn't speak English not a proper customer service for other nationality.
The washroom condition was really bad 😞 pathetic situation they don't have a proper drainage system so they have to restrict you from limited usage of water . We will not recommended it.
