Me encantó espero volver pronto, los anfitriones son muy atentos el ambiente fue muy bueno. Me gustólo recomiendo si vas en pareja es un lugar tranquilo. La comida pudiera tener más variedad, la Vi un poco vacía. Los tragos estaban bueno debería ser un poco más variado.

Here my wife and I our holidays worst life experience. Poor food. Really not nice staff. Ugly, old and dirty room. Additional people working for their group trying hard (insisting far too much) to sell you services up to many years subscriptions that cost several thousand dollars and when you complain about that, they tell you to write e-mail to which they will never answer (because "sorry we have problems with our access to e-mails). So much deceived.

Na chegada a equipe foi muito simpática. Tivemos um guia pessoal de turismo nos levar ao redor do resort para nos informar o que foi oferecido. Pagamos o check-in antecipado, pois nosso voo chegou cedo. A renúncia que tivemos que assinar diz que o resort não é responsável por quaisquer itens perdidos / roubados, mas você deve pagar pelo acesso ao cofre. O cofre no quarto não estava funcionando (equipe substituído). Você recebe apenas uma chave para o quarto (pode solicitar mais). A fechadura da porta quebrada para o nosso quarto e, embora eu tenha dito à equipe que não me sentia segura no quarto, mesmo que a fechadura fosse consertada (duas mulheres hospedadas em um quarto), eles não me deram outras opções. Esta manhã, para minha consternação, o banheiro inundou de um chuveiro. Não recomendo recorrer a ninguém

Sobre este resort, depois de dois anos e meio (durante todo o tempo de pandemia) meu marido e eu decidimos tirar uma semana de férias para nos refrescar e fugir do cotidiano. Devo dizer que nossa experiência geral foi ótima, mas não recomendo este hotel se a comida, o entretenimento e os quartos agradáveis forem importantes para você. Nossa primeira impressão foi horrível. O quarto que eles nos deram estava vendo uma parede alta com rachaduras e sacos de lixo pretos que cobriam algumas partes da parede. Tínhamos reservado um quarto standard e disseram que este é o nosso quarto standard! mas devo dizer que foi muito abaixo do padrão para um hotel de 4 estrelas. Se você ficar em um Inn ou motel, então pode ser um quarto standard lá. Mas Liliana e Aaron foram super prestativos e quando viram nossa frustração, nos ajudaram a nos acomodar em outro quarto que era bem melhor. Tenho que confessar que todos os funcionários foram SUPER simpáticos e prestativos e acho que foi a única coisa que nos ajudou a aproveitar nossa estadia lá. A piscina e a área da praia eram muito boas e limpas também. Sobre a limpeza, devo dizer que os quartos e toda a área do hotel estavam limpos e o restaurante também era bom. Sobre a comida, devo dizer que a comida era MUITO repetitiva e na maioria das vezes estava fria.Para resumir minha avaliação, não voltaremos lá porque os quartos e a comida ficaram abaixo das nossas expectativas, em comparação com os hotéis que ficamos durante nossas estadias em estilo resort em diferentes países, mas aproveitamos nosso tempo lá.

La e pasado muy bien en blue bay, desde que llegué hacido súper increíble. La atención a Sido excelente 👌 las habitaciones son acojedoras e higiénicas me gustó las participaciones de los animadores, me gustó mucho participar en la competencia tomar cervezas , con la participación de milenny, Verónica y julio, también me mucho la presentación de Jorge en el área del teatro y los pre-show, los bares con buenas bebidas y muy buen servicio y para terminar tienen excelente restaurante

Excelente servicio en la bienvenida y la Avitacion, en el bar tiene que mejorar la piña cola y los mojitos , la animación espectacular esos jóvenes hacen un excelente trabajo. Gozamos mucho con EDWIN HURTADO en la animación 😅 y por fin la música de nuestro país RD y comida RD. que otros hostelería no tiene esa cultura RD tando nuestro Pías . Gracias lo recomiendo

Upon arrival staff was very friendly. We had a personal tour guide take us around the resort to let us know what was offered. We paid for the early check in since our flight arrived early. The waiver we had to sign says the resort is not responsible for any lost/stolen items but you have to pay for access to the safe. The safe in the roomwas not working( staff replaced). You’re only given one key to the room ( can request more). The door lock broken to our room and even though I told the staff I did not feel safe in the room even if the lock was fixed(two women staying in a room)they gave me no other options. This morning to my dismay the bathroom flooded from one shower. I will not recommend resort to anyone

Muy bonita experiencia y mucha buenas atenciones. La comida muy buena. Los bares con un excelente trago. Las habitaciones me parecieron muy confortables e higiénicas. Las áreas tanto las piscinas como la playa, con una vista súper increíble. Animación como siempre rompiendo récord y haciéndonos los días increíbles. Disfrute mucho con la compañía de Alfredo y Milenny, personas muy sociables. Espero volver pronto y recomendarle este hotel a demás personas.

About this resort, after two years and half (during the whole pandemic time) my husband and I decided to go on a one week vacation to refresh ourselves and get away from daily life. I have to say that our overall experience was great but I do not recommend this hotel if the food, entertainment and nice rooms are important to you. Our first impression was awful. The room they gave us was viewing a tall wall with cracks and black garbage bags which were covering some parts of the wall. We had booked a standard room and they said this is our standard room! but I have to say that was far below standard for a 4star hotel. If you stay at an Inn or motel then it might be a standard room there. But Liliana and Aaron were super helpful and when they saw our frustration, helped us to settle in another room which was much better. I have to confess that all the staff were SUPER friendly and helpful and I think that was the only thing helped us enjoy our stay there. The pool and beach area were really good and clean, too. About the cleanliness, I should say the rooms and the whole hotel area were clean and the restaurant was good, too. About the food, I should say that the food was REALLY repetitive and most of the times was cold. To summarize my review, we won't go back there because the rooms and food was below our expectations, in compare to the hotels we stayed during our resort-style stays in different countries, but we enjoyed our time there.

Então, minha namorada e eu (ambos com 18 anos) ficamos aqui por 11 dias e nos divertimos muito. Nós éramos quase os mais jovens aqui, mas isso não foi um problema porque há algo para todas as idades e tipos de pessoas. Todos eles cuidam de você e são super simpáticos e acolhedores. Especialmente o animador Milenny cresceu em nós. A comida e o clima também eram ótimos, embora a internet dissesse que não era para ser tão bom. As noites foram super divertidas com os shows e dança. Tivemos um grande momento e definitivamente voltaremos novamente.

Tienen buena atención, los juegos son divertidos y entretenido mas una buena animación en conjunto con la sra. Milenny, julio, Edwin, Alfredo y otros.La comida tienen buen sabor . We had a great stay at Blue Bay. Thank you to the Animation team for making it so enjoyable. A special shout out to Edwin, Julio, Milenny, and Alfredo for their hard work - these folks know how to have a good time! Buffet was good, room was nice, beachfront was perfect, and the bar was always stocked. The concierge lack the people-skills that the animation and restaurant team have but that’s fairly minor. The weekend got a little bit rowdy with many people coming for just one night, but aside from that, everything was wonderful. Thank you!

Minha namorada e eu temos 18 anos e ficamos no hotel por 11 dias. Nós gostamos muito. Fomos imediatamente bem recebidos por todos. Havia muitas atividades oferecidas, todas muito divertidas. Realmente havia algo para todos. Porque o hotel não estava tão cheio, tudo parecia muito familiar, o que era muito bom. No geral o atendimento foi muito bom. Especialmente os artistas foram todos muito confortáveis e garantiram que você se divertisse. Em particular, o artista Milenny e o artista Jordany Silverio tiveram muito cuidado e se esforçaram. A comida não era a melhor em alguns dias, mas sempre havia algo para todos.

O entretenimento foi ótimo, o serviço foi incrível. Não gostei da comida, poderia ter mais sabor e poderia ser de melhor qualidade. Eles têm que se livrar das garrafas Classico e trazer licor de melhor qualidade. Eu não podia beber o licor barato, pois me deixava doente. Milanny foi muito gentil e nos ajudou muito. The entertainment was great, the service was awesome. I did not enjoy the food, it could’ve had more flavor and it could’ve been better quality. They have to get rid of the Classico bottles and bring better quality liquor. I could not drink the cheap liquor as it got me sick. Milanny was very sweet and helped us a lot. They recently reopened after renovations. The resort was beautiful and well kept. The rooms were decent. The service can not be beat! Friendly, helpful and attentive. The excursions offered by both sunwing and sea pro were amazing!!! They had the BEST beach of all the resorts the whole way down. Beautiful cabanas and pergolas, nice chairs and even little tables to hold your drinks with a cubby for your sandals. As everyone else mentions, the beach is fair ground for the local peddlers and boy there were a lot and some of them were very assertive and didn’t take no easily. They lost points because the food was really terrible. I guess it’s a new chef because they just reopened but it was bad…and the wifi went out every single day so you had to go to the desk for new codes constantly but they did have excellent wifi coverage all over the entire resort, even the beach!

A comida está deliciosa! 😍 Eles tinham muita variedade de comida no restaurante principal e todos os pratos com sabor muito rico, ficamos realmente fascinados.Todos os funcionários são super simpáticos, falaram conosco com respeito e com cara de feliz o tempo todo, sempre foram simpáticos e disponíveis para qualquer pedido que tivéssemos.Na chegada ao hotel, fomos recebidos com um brinde de boas-vindas e alguns lenços umedecidos em álcool para nos refrescar. No amoroso há um bar mas lá as bebidas não são cobertas pela estadia. Em todos os outros que estão no hotel, sim.O quarto era lindamente decorado, tinha tábua de passar, cofre, cafeteira, geladeira e guarda-chuva. No banheiro, além do papel higiênico normal, sabonetes, xampu e condicionador, eles nos deram uma navalha, linha de costura, escova de dentes e um sachê de pasta de dente. Ele também tem um ventilador.A praia é limpa e eles têm camas na praia onde podemos relaxar. Existem algumas pessoas na praia que NÃO fazem parte do hotel, mas são trabalhadores individuais, eles oferecem massagens e itens, cabe a você se você quiser comprar seus serviços.O resort é apenas para adultos, essa particularidade o torna um local mais tranquilo para descansar.Quanto aos quartos eles têm que melhorar o ar condicionado e o aquecedor de água hehehe demorei muito tentando fazer a água esquentar e não aconteceu, se consertarem essa parte dão um pau!Para quem vai a discotecas, o Hotel NÃO tem discoteca. Mas, eles fazem um show à noite e depois colocam música (havia uma orquestra ao vivo naqueles dias) e as pessoas dançam e recriam lá.

¡La comida es riquísima! 😍 Tenían mucha variedad de alimentos en el restaurante principal y todos los platos con muy rico sabor, de verdad que nosotros quedamos fascinados.Todo el personal es super amable, nos hablaron con respeto y con rostro de alegría en todo momento, siempre fueron amables y estuvieron disponibles para cualquier solicitud que tuvieramos.Al llegar al hotel nos recibieron con un brindis de bienvenida y unas toallitas con alcohol para refrescarnos. En el loving hay un bar pero ahí las bebidas no la cubre la estadía. En todos los demás que estan en el hotel sí.La habitación estaba decoradita, tenia una tabla de planchar, caja fuerte, cafetera, neverita y una sombrilla. En el baño aparte de lo normal que es el papel higiénico, los jabones, shampoo y acondicionador nos pusieron afeitadora, hilo de coser, cepillo dental y sobrecito de pasta dental. También tiene un blower.La playa esta limpia y tienen unas camas en la playa que podemos relajarnos en ellas. Hay unas personas en la playa que NO son parte del hotel, sino que son trabajadores individuales, ellos te ofrecen masajes y artículos, ya depende de usted si desea comprar sus servicios.El resort es solo para adultos, esta particularidad lo convierte en un lugar más tranquilo para el descanso.En cuanto a las habitaciones tienen que mejorar el aire acondicionado y el calentador del agua jejeje duré muchísimo tratando de que el agua calentará y no sucedió, si arreglan esta parte dan un palo!Para los que van a las disco, el Hotel NO tiene disco. Pero, ellos realizan un show en las noches y luego ponen música (esos día había una orquesta en vivo) y las personas bailan y se recrean ahí.

This resort was absolutely amazing!!! The staff made me feel like family from day 1!!! Liliana and Jairon and the other guy that worked the front desk were the most friendliest and helpful people there!!! Don’t get me wrong the entire staff was extremely friendly from the house keepers to the waiters at one of the multiple restaurants to the bartenders!!!! Junior was my height (5’6) and managed to carry all my bags and did not let me assist or break a sweat!!! 😂 he was friendly as well!!! Franklin works the swim up bar and is an expert with his cocktail mixing skills!!!! The only issue was the Wi-Fi… they just reopened after some time so I’m pretty sure the internet will be up and running within a few days but other then that if I could give this a resort 10 stars I would!!! Don’t forget to ask for Jose or Carlos to give you a tour of the city!!!! For 30 usd my group got a private van driven by these two nice gentleman who took us to multiple souvenir places and also gave a suggestion and took us to get some real Dominican food!!! He even waited while we ate!!!! The resort was kept spotless and the cleaning staff stayed on top of everything!!! Pools got cleaned daily and the beach was a very short walk down a path which one of the restaurants was there as well overlooking the ocean!!!! I highly recommend anyone traveling to Puerto Plata to consider this establishment as a stay option!!!! This place will definitely get a lot of my business!!!!!!

One of the best places I have stayed. Stayed here 3 times and enjoyed everytime. The animation team do the best they can to keep you happy. The food is good and the location to the beach is great. Will definitely be returning in the near future.

I had visited this resort with my mother a few weeks ago. We had booked a cheap & last minute vacation, and were delighted with our stay. We have probably visited over 20 all inclusive resorts over the years, and are always happy. The resort was close to the airport, only a 20 minute drive, the food was enjoyed, the beach was beautiful, and the resort was well maintained. There was some fun night life with the daily shows and beach club, for younger/ partying crowds.The only things we did not love were the front desk staff, they were not too friendly or accommodating and as the first face of the company, you would think they would be best.It was also a very small resort which we were not used to, but they still have everything you need. And last small flaw, is the rooms - they could all use a little but of help.I would recommend this location to anyone :)

We had a great experience, enjoyed the staff, the facility, the food and cleanliness was appreciated. During our check-in we got a second floor room and due to health reasons we required a main floor room and we were accommodated immediately. This area felt very safe walking to town. The beach was quiet and clean with amazing sand and the arbors were lovely and well maintained. The peddlers were generally respectful and not harsh. I went with my boyfriend for a weekend and our experience was amazing! We got a beautiful villa room next to the pool and the staff were super friendly and joyful! We were entertained by Waldo and Julio, these guys were awesome and attentive, it was a marvelous experience, the food was great and the pools are nice, the drinks are good for the price and the beach is clean and beautiful! The night time show was great and the dancer are professionals!! I recommend this hotel and I would come back!!!

This resort was everything we were looking for. The beach was beautiful! The staff were super friendly and fun especially Julio, Emmanuel and Waldo! The food was excellent and it definitely made for a great week! I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get away and have a good time!

Great place to stay while visiting the Dominican. While the rooms were basic, the resort itself was superb! Very close to the Mall (next door), pool games and animation team made it so fun. Weekly night events were great also. Rained heavily at night but during the day was sunny and hot. The beach was also perfect. Beware of sellers on the beach, but they aren't pushy which is good. Recommendations: - Do the full day Island tour - Zip lining was super fun - Asian A la Cart was the best, the rest were okay. Special props to the Animation team and the cook at the beach bar. Can't go wrong with Chicken and wings at night

The resort was not what we expected as a couple in their late 20s. The staff was very nice and attentive. The food was better than some of the biggest resort we’ve been to. However apart from the pool there was not much to do. No club and the night show was only until 10:30 after that if we wanted some entertainment we had to go outside of the resort. Alfredo and Julio were super friendly and made our stay during the day more entertaining without of them our stay would’ve been dull. They kept us company and had fun activities during the day.

Everything was great, room was very comfortable air conditional always was working properly. Front desk was very helpful with every requests I had. Food was delicious, especially the desserts. Drinks, the most important, they have a lot of variety of sparkly wines. The environment is great and the place is always clean. I made a romantic dinner and a cake at Guest Services. The lady made sure my wife had a great birthday. I do recommend this place a lot!

Check in was extremely easy! Our rooms were clean everyday and a beautiful arrangement done with our towels each day. The food was amazing, we tried the Chinese, the grill, and the buffet. We did each one more than once because it was so good! The highlight of our trip was Waldo; he is with the animations team. Made our trip so special. The entertainment every night was amazing; there were new shows every single night! Kept us so entertained. Waldo, George, Julio and Veronica were beyond amazing. We also had an amazing massage and manicure on the beach; we would highly recommend. Our beds and pillows were very comfy. The resort was overall an amazing experience! We booked excursions with Luis on the beach; we went on a catamaran and Paradise Island. Both were beyond amazing and would recommend to do if you go. We also got a taxi to go to the cable car, city center, and to a restaurant. Would highly recommend to do! We are already planning our trip back to Blue Bay!!
