Great breakfasts.A little tough leaving as you have to take 2 elevators to get to ground floor. A bit worn but a good location.

Was disappointed in the evening reception maybe because of covid but you were only offered a white bag with a bag of chips and a few other things. We stay at Embassy because of the evening reception and have for years. This hotel does NOT have a hot tub which i think they should because of all the walking you do in Chicago. Be prepared to pay a astronomical amount for parking, we stayed Wednesday-Sunday and paid almost $200.00. There isn’t a onsite restaurant or bar you only get food during breakfast and bar is only open during theevening reception. I think for the money we paid we will stay elsewhere and next time I’ll do better research before i stay.

This was a girls weekend and we stayed at the Embassy Suites Mag Mile. The location was great! Just steps from everything! Shopping, eating, touring and more eating 😋We met Doy while dining at the Embassy. He was very helpful and personable. I actually purchased a vacation package from him. My friends are doing the same.

Embassy suites is thesame in almost every state ,free buffet breakfast ,happy hour and clean .This place had great customer service and plenty towels were available

Absolutamente adorei este hotel e os quartos. É muito espaçoso e está convenientemente localizado no centro da cidade. Muitos lugares para caminhar e coisas para fazer. Se você quiser economizar algum dinheiro no estacionamento noturno, use o herói local e há uma garagem do outro lado da rua pela metade do preço.

Absolutely loved this hotel and the rooms. It’s very spacious and conveniently located downtown. Lots of places to walk to and things to do. If you want to save some money on overnight parking use spot hero and there’s a garage across the street for half the price.

My stay at Embassy Suite Magnificent Mile was very nice.The location was great and the service was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel. And to top it off, Doy Gildart Jr. made sure we left with another super vacation package. He was awesome! Thank you Hilton Honors.

Would never stay with this hotel chain again. Ever. My reservation was CHANGED by the hotel from 2 double beds to 1 King bed less than 1 week prior to our trip. I never would have known they changed the reservation had I not read a confirmation email very carefully which indicated the bed count in the email. Read the reviews! Other people have said when they checked in at the front desk, their room type had been changed. When I read those reviews, I dismissed them thinking maybe it was a fluke? Unfortunately, it's not and it can happen to you. When I called the hotel about the email noting 1 Kind bed, the manager, Jose, stated, "Your reservation has been bumped because a Gold member wanted to extend their stay." What? I am stupefied at how flippant this manager was with me about changing the type of reservation with less than one week prior to my trip. I had requested 2 beds for a reason. 1 bed wasn't going to work with the number of guests in our party. They can just CHANGE your reservation when a Gold member wants to extend their stay? I've never heard of any hotel treating guests this way. I was in the terrible spot of having to re-book a room with a different hotel with less than a weeks' notice because this hotel didn't have a room with 2 beds available (I confirmed this myself by checking online).I paid almost double for the second room because of the short notice (4 days before the trip). I called Hilton corporate to file a complaint and they said someone would be following up with me within 5 business days and guess what? I have not heard from them and it's been a month. So sorry I trusted what I thought was a good brand. I will never stay with a Hilton hotel again due to this policy of "bumping" reservations.

Very nice common area. From the front desk to the bar/lounge and the breakfast area. The hot buffet style breakfast plus the made to order omelets are a great treat in the morning. I had a king suite and it was very spacious both in the living room on bedroom. I would stay again when I’m in Chicago.

Horrible!!!! O preço é muito para o que eles proporcionam. O ar condicionado da academia nao funciona. Pedi para 3 pessoas que disseram que iriam ver e nada. O pessoal que trabalha la nao se importa com o que voce fala e se vc escolheu pensando em usar o microondas do quarto, fique sabendo que voce nao tem louça disponivel no quarto. Pela primeira vez me cobraram 5 dolares em um hotel para me trazer prato e talheres, ou voce tem que descer para pegar voce mesmo. Eu sempre viajo e nunca outro hotel me cobrou para trazer isso no quarto.

O hotel é incrível! As opções de café-da-manhã, almoço e jantar foram excelentes. A recepção é impecável e o sistema de proteção de primeira linha. O quarto também era muito amplo e bem cuidado. Aqui, nós nos divertimos muito. Todos foram educados e prestativos, colocando você à vontade e auxiliando em tudo o que você precisava. Estaremos de volta o mais breve possível. The hotel is incredible! Breakfast, lunch, and dinner options were all outstanding. Their reception area is immaculate, and their protection system is top-notch. The room was also very wide and well-kept. Here, we had a wonderful time. They were all polite and helpful, putting you at ease and assisting you with anything you needed. We'll be back as soon as possible. I would highly advise all of my colleagues to visit this cozy place.

Really nice Embassy in the heart of Chicago. Convenient location close to Whole Foods, Michigan Avenue, the Riverwalk. Rooms are roomy suites with plenty of space, which can be a rarity downtown. The employees are friendly.

They will put a hold on your credit card for potential incidentals. But in my experience they don't tell you a hold is being placed. What was said to me was "I need your card to see IF you have the ability to pay" Um, what? The hold took away funds I was planning to use during my vacation. A simple upfront explanation would have eliminated the confusion. I won't ever stay here again. Just poor service all around.

Spent Saturday night here with my family, 3 kids and 2 adults. This is definitely one of my top Embassy Suites locations. Simply said, convenience and location!! Everything is so close downtown and they have parking on site!Shout out to staff that allowed us to check in 1.50 hours early, it certainly made things a lot easier for us. Also, we were running late on check out at 11 am and they let us checkout until 12!As usual the beds and suites are comfy and clean. Wish I had one of their beds in my home, maybe Hilton could give me a good deal? One can only dream (pun intended).Due to COVID there is no Evening Reception. Masks are required at all times in public areas and breakfast is to-go (we had bagles with egg and cheese).Would definitely stay again.

The room was nice, and it was close to what we needed to do while here in Chicago.It was clean and although we had the opportunity to have cleaning service during our stay, we chose not to.Again we send thanks to Rasha at registration who helped us when we needed to print something from e-mail!She was kind and patient and helpful even though we were stressed.

If anyone out there is trying to find great deals for hotel rooms visit ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ booked a hotel room on there and they had the best prices any where! What a beautiful place! Hotel staves were delightful. They were also genuinely friendly and happy to help. The rooms are beautifully clean with a nice outlook. Our room was big, clean and very comfortable. The views from our balcony were extremely beautiful. It was a very good and remarkable experience in my whole life!

Great hotel right downtown. Very good safety guidelines in the era of COVID19. Interior was structure like a huge open atrium. Very interesting, maybe a bit bewildering. The result is that the suites have an entryway living room that is windowless and a bit cramped. Further into the rooms, which are huge, you get natural light. Rooms are wonderful otherwise!

Hotel maravilhoso

Un hotel en el centro muy bien situado y con las habitaciones limpias y ambiente tranquilo. Tanto para trabajo como para ir con familia. Algo caro. Esta muy céntrico y desde aquí se puede visitar casi todo el centro a pie. El desayuno es típico del país. Falta algo más sano como fruta. Ojo que solo hay jabón, ni cepillo de dientes ni peines. Muy recomendable para pasar unos días en la ciudad del viento.

Updated hotel in great location. Quick walk to a restaurants and shopping in Streeterville. Rooms were modern and very comfortable. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel does include free happy hour from 530 to 730 pm (limit of 4 drinks per person per night) and a full breakfast buffet from 630 to 930 am every morning. On site parking was a little expensive so we parked in a public lot across the street for a fraction of the price.

Negativo: ¿Sabes a qué huele una habitación sin ventilar en la que duermen 3 personas? Pues así olerá siempre tu habitación porque las ventanas no se pueden abrir. Para mí ha sido claustrofóbico no poder abrir las ventanas... Solo queda encender el aire acondicionado para que algo circule. Las sábanas y toallas están relimpias y el baño también... Lo demás no, la barra del armario, la TV, los cuadros, todo está sucio. La cama hundida. Positivo: buenísima situación, desayuno diverso, copa gratis cada día por la tarde, piscina, sauna, gimnasio, habitación espaciosa.

Super centrico, todo lo hicimos caminando. Desayuno muy bueno! Es un hotel recomendable para la familia.
