A nice location and a clean location. Pool was closed, wifi did not work. Very rude signs and attitudes about masks. No hot breakfast one of the mornings. It was as if it was April 2020 pandemic with how they are running the hotel. We had just left a different Hampton inn and it was much more welcoming and provided all the things they advertised and we paid for.

Reservé una habitación estándar para mi esposa y para mí y una habitación accesible para mis padres. Booked a standard room for my wife and I and an accessible room for my parents. They had difficulty finding the accessible room, even though I had a confirmation number. Eventually gave us a room on the 4th floor. I asked if it was 'accessible' and was told "yes, it's hearing accessible"... Hotel was fully booked and that room was all that was available. Thankfully, the room was very very nice and the beds very comfortable - so my parents didn't mind a little inconvenience. You are required to leave a separate deposit upon registering that is returned "in 3 to 5 business days" - not a big deal - but a little odd. Attempted to charge some snacks to my room and was told that I did not have a card on file...even though I booked the room with a card...and left a deposit for a card. Room service was provided, which was appreciated, but did not replace towels or replace the coffee. Pool is closed indefinitely. Nice hotel, good location, very comfortable rooms. Would have given this 4 stars but too many of the little things seem to be missing. Would probably try them again.

Very bad experience. I went from Boston to Maryland to visit and get to know that state I decided to book and pay for this hotel, when I arrived with a very bad attitude they told me that if I did not use a mask they could not serve me or my group. I asked for a mask because we didn't have one, they told me that they didn't have one to provide me with. As I did not have a mask I decided to use a t-shirt as a mask to cover my mouth and nose and was told that I have to have a proper mask in order to do the check-in. We were 5 people and we rented 2 rooms. I had problems with one of the guests that because my 2 year old daughter, who looks like a 3 or 4 years old child due of her physical contesture, was without a mask, he threw all his breakfast in the trash because according to him if she didn't have a mask she was infecting the place. I spoke to the hotel staff and they did not help me. All the hotel staff was rude to me and my parents. When you rent the hotel they tell you that it has a pool but when you go there you realize that it has been closed for two years, the refrigerators were empty, they didn't even have a water in it. Very very bad service.

I normally don't write reviews but after my experience last night here I feel as though I should share. Drove 8+ hours exhausted I finally get to my hotel that is already paid for in advance, to be greeted by a woman who was not happy to be working it seemed. She then told me I need a mask which is fine but they didn't have one to provide me..... she continues with I CAN GO DRIVE TO A GAS STATION to get one. My room was already paid for and I had just driven 8+ hours I didn't want to get back in to car to go have to spend more money to get into a room to sleep.....they also have complimentary breakfast that you eat downstairs to which covid doesn't exist I guess because no one wore them as they ate....I didn't end up buying a mask just through something over my face that evening but she wasn't going to let me in my paid room without it!!!! Also there is a contact less free check in that she also failed to mention to me and was going to let me drive longer! That was the worst service I've ever had a a Hampton inn and I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of care for your guest!

If 0 stars were available it would be zero! I just left without even staying. Beware of management. I am all for being safe with Covid but they still require masks in all common areas. The website said follow and check all public and government requirements and after checking they no longer require masks in buildings or indoors. This is a local management decision that their posters say all Hampton Inn and Suites require, not true. They gave another poster up that says, wear a mask it is the law, once again not true. Every year I stay at this hotel but never again! Treating Diamond members like trash will get you no where!

Rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was OK. My limited interaction with the staff was fine. Unfortunately, the pool was closed. The shower in the room was unimpressive, drained slow and low water pressure.Full disclosure: I did not pay for the room

I have thrown out by accident my key while cleaning out my pockets. At the front desk was created by a manager on duty. I asked him to cut me another key or get me in the room so that I can get the spare key. He asked for my ID which is understandable but my wallet was in the room too. I have provided my last name my booking number and my phone number and he refused to someone to accompany me to the room so that I can present my ID for verification purposes. I asked for a different person he said he is the general manager, conversation went further with him raising his voice and pointing his finger at me. He had absolutely no customer service training or cared to use it. After good 5 minutes of pointing finger and raised voice he finally asked a maintenance lady to escort me to the room. This should have been done right away without aggregation and figure pointing. I only came down to get breakfast before going to work and carrying a wallet is not something that was on my mind inside of a hotel. This was truly a horrible experience due to a unprofessional and uncaring manager that definitely is not representing the company the way he should be.

I had an amazing stay! I've worked in the hospitality industry for 15 years. This hotel is well maintained and appropriately staffed. Everyone was courteous and friendly. Although, 150.00 was quite a bit to authorize for incidentals I understood it being new years eve etc. Breakfast was great, nice selections available. My stay was really 5 stars, but I deducted 1 only due to the fact I couldn't gain a late check out of 1:00pm and had to wait in the lobby for my fiance to arrive to pick me up which I couotnt appreciate but it's during COVID so I understand the short of staff situation in housekeeping. We will return in the future!

I would put 0 stars if possible but google wouldn’t allow it. Called the hotel to ask if they were semi truck friendly, staff said yes I could park in the lot towards the street or on the street itself. Of course on arrival l however, security informed me that big trucks are not allowed at all. Luckily I was allowed to stay but they said I would have to park in the street next time (which there will not be one). When I was finally able to check in I was informed I could not physically check in until I had a mask on. I did not have one on my person so I asked if the desk had one I could use, they said no. So I offered to pull my shirt up to my face, they said no. Said I would have to go to the gas station to get a mask, I informed him I had a semi and I would not fit in there. I was forced to go into my truck and wear a dirty mask to get checked into the room that was already paid for. Upon leaving my room I walk down the hallway with my dirty mask on and all 3 of the cleaning staff were chatting in the hallway with no masks. This tells me the staff does not care about safety, they just forced me to wear a dirty mask just because they could. I will never stay here and I will make sure my co-workers do the same. My company prefers the Hilton group for our layovers but this hotel will not be on the list. The only positive note I will give is they did allow me late checkout.

Excelentes atenciones,muy limpio tranquilo se siente como en casa y un desayuno muy bueno y variados todos los días con las finas atenciones de una señora llamada Lucia y el from desk lo máximo cuantas atenciones felicitaciones a todo el personal por favor no cambien volvere y lo recomiendo.

Dos estrellas por: El servicio al cliente no fue de nuestro agrado, primero la persona que nos recibió no parece contenta, nuestra llegada no fue acogedora más bien no nos saludó ella espero a que habláramos para saludarnos y de la misma formanos despidió, una persona sin una sonrisa en su rostro no puede estar al frente de un negocio de servicio al cliente. Luego en cuanto al desayuno, que reconozco que es rico y es de 6 a 10, pero si eres un fruitlover como yo y vas después de las 7:30 no esperes encontrar frutas, las dos veces que fui a desayunar tuve que pedirlas a una joven de la cocina y ella muy amable me las buscó, pero al día siguiente a las 8:00am cuando fui a desayunar no la encontré y pedí en recepción a ver si me podían buscar un poco y otrade las empleadas de la cocina dijo que no habían, pero luego vi que a otro cliente le buscaron.Al igual las habitaciones y todo lo demás es cómodo pero en particular en nuestra bañera había un poco de moho, falto un poco de limpieza.En general el hotel está bien.
