Recently we managed a large group of people staying at the hotel. Navigating the logistics and confirmation numbers of each room was difficult at first, but the superb support of the staff made the whole process a breeze. I would highly recommend working with Hampton Inn and Hilton Hotels again in the future!

I like to read some reviews before I head down to the hotel to know what I am expecting. I am getting so annoyed for those people who flushed this place with one star reviews due the hotel can’t accommodate large parties of late checkout. How do you expect the cleaning crew to refresh so many rooms at the same time after you guys checking out late and get those room ready for next guest? Especially you had a big party. Late checkout is based on availability and it’s not guaranteed. So stop crying about and learn to be considerate. Try again in your next wedding.

Upon checking in I was assigned 3 rooms before I was able to settle in one. The first room was not clean, the next room someone was actually already occupying, and the third was a double bed instead of a king. Not the mention the final room was not a suite as I book but after being assigned so many rooms we just too the standard room just to be done with it. They also ran out of towels and we had to buy towels from target. The staff was not apologetic about the experience and acted as if nothing was wrong with experience given. After speaking with the manager we were offered 20% off of our stay but upon checking out the discount was not given and I was told I had to call when the manager was in and when I did call they said they would not honor what the manager offered. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel ever. I would not recommend to stay here

I was so disappointed by our stay here. We came for a wedding and booked out 20+ rooms. We asked management if we could do late checkout and we’re told it wouldn’t be a problem. Saturday morning at 10 am when we’re having breakfast they tell us we have to be out by 11 am. This caused chaos as none of us were packed, and it created a lot of unnecessary confusion and stress. We asked to speak to the manager and we’re told the manager was off and they couldn’t contact him. I’m so disappointed the lack of customer service and disconnect between management and staff.

I was pulled from a meeting to assist my guest check in because they had been made to wait for over half an hour AFTER I had called in and Ashley (shift manager?) had told me that the issue present was resolved and my guest was all set. I had to leave and reschedule my meeting, drive 20 minutes to scan my card which was on file. As an ex-team member I can tell you that Ashley is dishonest about company policy, and a guest I can tell you she is unprofessional, and as a gold member/ ex-team member I can tell you that she DOES NOT represent Hilton standards or values. There was also a major change in her demeanor when she realized I was a team member and knew that she had been lying to me and my guest about company policy. Rather than apologize for making my guest wait in the lobby for 50 minutes after she told me they were fine to enter the room, she decided to double down and bring up a policy, that isn’t valid, to justify what she had put my guest through. A policy that if true and applicable, that she should have said the first (of three) calls I made to get everything in order.
