“Upon checking in I was assigned 3 rooms before I was able to settle in one. The first room was not clean, the next room someone was actually already occupying, and the third was a double bed instead of a king. Not the mention the final room was not a suite as I book but after being assigned so many rooms we just too the standard room just to be done with it. They also ran out of towels and we had to buy towels from target. The staff was not apologetic about the experience and acted as if nothing was wrong with experience given. After speaking with the manager we were offered 20% off of our stay but upon checking out the discount was not given and I was told I had to call when the manager was in and when I did call they said they would not honor what the manager offered. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel ever. I would not recommend to stay here”

“I was pulled from a meeting to assist my guest check in because they had been made to wait for over half an hour AFTER I had called in and Ashley (shift manager?) had told me that the issue present was resolved and my guest was all set. I had to leave and reschedule my meeting, drive 20 minutes to scan my card which was on file. As an ex-team member I can tell you that Ashley is dishonest about company policy, and a guest I can tell you she is unprofessional, and as a gold member/ ex-team member I can tell you that she DOES NOT represent Hilton standards or values. There was also a major change in her demeanor when she realized I was a team member and knew that she had been lying to me and my guest about company policy. Rather than apologize for making my guest wait in the lobby for 50 minutes after she told me they were fine to enter the room, she decided to double down and bring up a policy, that isn’t valid, to justify what she had put my guest through. A policy that if true and applicable, that she should have said the first (of three) calls I made to get everything in order.”
