“Skip this one. It does not hold the same standard as the other Hyatt Places. They shoved everyone on the first floor and put us in a room next to a loud barking dog despite the fact the hotel was barely occupied. Cleaning sub standard- oh and we woke up to the fire alarm going off for almost 30-45 minutes in the middle of the night and then enjoyed someone’s car alarm going off after and the dog barking for 20 minutes after that. Nobody at the front desk would answer or say what was going on, I’m sure we won’t be discounted or refunded.”
