“The most unprofessional and unethical staff I’ve ever encountered— after two men in all black bang on our hotel room door at 4am who refuse to announce themselves then began to threaten us, cursing that he would take us out in handcuffs right then. I’m appalled at the level of mismanagement here because when I, concerned and feeling threatened, called the front desk to see if these in fact were hotel employees they did not take out concerns seriously and sided that their security was doing their job. I’ve never in my life had such a supremely awful and scary experience where I didn’t even feel comfortable sleeping in the hotel room I paid for. What a disappointment and can happily say we will never stay with a Hampton Inn or affiliate ever again.”

“I can't say enough great things about this hotel! Our group stayed here for several nights while in town running a race and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. Multiple phone calls/questions ahead of time, several shuttles back and forth to the airport, a ridiculous number of requests while we were there :) Everyone was super nice and Jody, specifically, was awesome. The place was clean, comfortable, easy, and has a great full breakfast.”
