“hot water heater blew, entire half of the building is out of action with clean up fans blowing on every floor. there's such bad wifi on the 4th floor it might as well be dial up from 1989.I'm not sure what's happening with Hampton Inns as of late, but they are along the same lines now of a 1 star motel.Severely unimpressed and adding this location to the "list" of never to return.”

“The most unprofessional and unethical staff I’ve ever encountered— after two men in all black bang on our hotel room door at 4am who refuse to announce themselves then began to threaten us, cursing that he would take us out in handcuffs right then. I’m appalled at the level of mismanagement here because when I, concerned and feeling threatened, called the front desk to see if these in fact were hotel employees they did not take out concerns seriously and sided that their security was doing their job. I’ve never in my life had such a supremely awful and scary experience where I didn’t even feel comfortable sleeping in the hotel room I paid for. What a disappointment and can happily say we will never stay with a Hampton Inn or affiliate ever again.”
